The Tuna Tartare is so good - food is always fresh and tastes good. I love the shrimp shumai and the salmon roll.

It was pretty good, me and my family went their a couple time and the Atmosphere is nice. Usually busy place, only once was pretty empty . I tasted the udon and it had a little too much salt and somethinv that tasted like carrot. Do not order it.Vegetarian options: It has some vegeterian dishes but not alot of them.

Tea cups smelled bad.My friends and I ordered about 9 appetizers and 2 main courses. One worst than the other. Sorry, i dont like to complain, but reading the good reviews about this place i decided to try it.I will definitely not go back

Best sushi in the area. Always very fresh sushi and perfect fish to rice ratio (not too much rice like many other places around here do). I've tried other places around here but always go back to Daruma as it's by far superior in the quality of food.

Love all the veggie sushi options and miso soup. Ambiance is very Japanese style my daughter loves sitting in the booths . Place is family owned and very friendly

Enjoyed my experience and the sushi. I go with the nigiri pieces that I like, a few of my favorite rolls and always look for spicy scallops hand roll. If you're in the area, this is the place to visit.

The food is remarkable and we've ordered it at least a dozen times. Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. However, their service is weak. Like really weak. Daruma should probably be take out only or reservation only. A couple walked in and tried to get seated, there were tons of open seats and the manager told them that they're short staffed and not seating anyone else. I once tried to dine here as well, we were seated but the server was nowhere to be found. Ended up walking out and going to another restaurant. Hope they get their staffing figured out.

Always a staple for excellent food and great service. We ordered take out tonight and they made and error with one thing in our order. When we called, they apologized and sent someone out right away to deliver our meal. Thanks for another great dinner and doing the right thing.

Sushi and sashimi are always great, but Hibachi Ribeye steak my husband ordered was terrible. The each meat had nerves in it and not medium rare he ordered and hard to chew and overall taste was not so good. Don't order this.

Went for a date on Sunday after being recommended to go. Only 2 other tables were occupied but we waited 40 minutes for our food. A big table of 8 people was being served at rapid speed so not sure what was happening on our end. The servers were kind, but the amount of time that the food took to come out ruined our experience. We only ordered 2 special rolls and 2 classic (lobster meets shrimp, summery, Philly rolls). We also ordered the tuna spring rolls and I’m pretty sure the menu failed to mention that they are fried. It was burnt and the tuna looked odd. The sushi was very underwhelming. We were excited to give this place a try since it was recommended but we ended up really disappointed.

The sushi here is disgusting I wasted $25 on sushi and it was horrible . The rolls came all messed up and they didn’t have any flavor the shrimp tempura was undercooked and looked nasty as well as the spicy salmon roll never ordering from here again worst sushi place I’ve been so far , the staff is rude as well and the place doesn’t look very unsanitary.

I love this restaurant. BYOB and enjoy their space and food. Must have the Cani roti, the Godzilla, and the Englewood rolls as we try a different dish each time.Vegetarian options: The vegitatian pizza is a very good appetizer
