Extremely Poor Experience - Health and Service Concerns

This was the most unappetizing breakfast experience I’ve ever encountered. The service from the front counter staff was unprofessional an (old grumpy man, with serious hygiene violations and poor customer service throughout.I ordered a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. The employee handled the bread with bare hands without gloves, and when I received my order, the sandwich was not toasted as requested and came loaded with ketchup and mayonnaise that I never ordered.

My coffee order was equally disappointing - I asked for coffee with a small amount of milk, but received a cup that was half milk.

The hot chocolate was watery and clearly diluted.

For my second order of eggs, ham, and toast, I witnessed the most concerning incident: when the toast fell on the floor behind the counter, the employee simply rewrapped it and placed it in my bag without replacing it.Due to time constraints, I couldn’t address the staff’s poor attitude and concerning hygiene practices in the moment. I ultimately discarded the entire order in the trash upon leaving.

This establishment needs immediate attention to basic food safety standards and customer service training.

In a city with so much to offer. As a fellow business owner, this is a prime example of great food with terrible customer service. Customer service by the cashier was horrible. The kitchen cooks attitude off the radar. The overall atmosphere and interaction with at least 5 separate individuals. Nothing but unprofessional display of body language and interaction. NOT to mention I ordered a chicken burrito. I told the man no beans. Either lettuce tomato’s onions and peppers. The cook not only did the opposite but didn’t even care when I explained to him what it didn’t have. She shrugged her shoulders and kept cooking the next hard working man’s food with an attitude. This country offers so much opportunity to treat it this way. Let alone the city of Englewood. Poor representation of the city and what ever is attempted to be sold here. Someone should step in before it’s too late. Either get a new gig or find a better face to the business. Regards
A tax paying citizen

Service sucks. The man on the register has a really bad attitude and the food isnt good. I ordered two chicken breasts with rice and beans and one came with yellow rice and one with white rice.. and the beans were bland and a bit raw. Definitely not eating there again.

Price dont match the menu they give you. Why even put pricing on the menu when you change it when we pay?

Do not go here and expect to have the price in their menu. I ordered bandeja paisa because their menu says 13.50. Then they offered a mini paisa so i expect it to be cheaper. come to find out when i came to pick up the price was 17 for the mini. How is the mini more expensive than the regular. Dont ever to expect me or my friends to come back here. Foods not even all that. Id rather go to noches colombia.

Tasty food with a Latin twist. The owner is very friendly and will customize your food order the way you like it.

Yes people this is by far the best Columbian food I have ever had, this side of Columbia! Everything is well organized and most importantly clean! The price is reasonable. When having to choose between fast food and authentic the choice is clear!

This place is as authentic as authentic gets! Totally the best food in the neighborhood, The owner has used his old family recipes, and it shows in the food big time. Some of the best soup I've ever had in my life!

So delicious. I am no expert on Colombian food so I got the combination. Plenty for lunch and dinner! Rice, beans, plantains, thin grilled steak, morcilla, and chicharrones. Hubby got a Cubano - also delish. Staff were friendly and service was quick. We were in Englewood for a doctor's appointment and it's just down the street and around the corner from the hospital. Hope to return soon!
