I’d like to share my recent experience with Domino’s in Englewood, New Jersey.
I placed an order for two pizzas and cheese bread. While the pizzas were delivered, the cheese bread was missing. I called several times, and after over an hour, the cheese bread finally arrived — cold and topped with jalapeños, which I did not order.
When I addressed the issue with the delivery person, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed to take pleasure in the situation. Her behavior was unprofessional and disappointing.
Please be cautious when ordering from this location. I hope they take steps to improve their service and customer care.

a bunch of high-school boys during football season; neighbors that have stayed all day; a room full of movie viewers on Friday night; open house at an-out-town Air bnb during the holidays.
Domino's has been our go-to place for all of the above for-ever.
Find yourselves a reliable neighborhood location. DO NOT have the pies delivered. Use your designated driver. Do use the coupons.
Our typical order includes: two medium, original crust with bacon and pepperoni, extra sauce. One pineapple, jalapeño with extra sauce, one veggie with extra sauce ($7.99 each pie, must buy in pairs. Use coupon.) One buffalo chicken pieces, one pineapple jalapeño pieces and, for a splurge, cinnamon sugar and a molten lava cake.
P.L.E.N.T.Y. of food. Any leftovers, freeze and use for lunch or late night snacking.
Pizza. Never fails.

Just bought a Large Pizza with Pepperoni, they gave me a smaller one comprare to the price. Tasteless and simple or they gave me the wrong order but $22 dollars for a small pizza!

I ordered a pizza, they told me that it would arrive in 45 minutes. The order arrived an hour and a half later, cold and hard. I then made a complaint. They told me that they would send me a hot one in an hour. I called at the time because it hadn't arrived. They said it would take another hour later and they made me wait until midnight. I went back and called and it turned out that the place was closed. I think that is a lack of respect for customers.

I ordered at 5:12 PM, it is currently 8:00 PM and my food is still not here yet. I called several times. They do not answer. I managed to get a hold of someone, and they put me on hold. After waiting 18 minutes, they hung up. I wonder when my food will get here and I will not be ordering again.

Every time this location messes uo. The hispanic guy is always doing who knows what while on the phone and my order is wrong every time. The worst time was recently when they cut my pizza into squares. No notes requesting that. A disgrace to the chain.
