I worked here for 3 months and got fired for no reason so i don´t care i gonna say the truth about this place....this place is infected of cockroaches and the amount of dirt is insane it wasn´t rare to see huge nest of cockroaches in boxes and near the food station i would never recommend to somebody to eat or drink here trust me when i say this place should be closed immediately before they get somebody sick. I have work for Dunkin for 3 years and this store is the most nasty place to get your food/drinks at.

So, today I ordered 2 orders of snackin’ bacon ?, everything bagel scooped toasted with butter . I had to remind the associate to scoop my bagel, and re-do my bacon because the 1st batch was burnt w/o me requesting very well done. I placed an order for a strawberry ? coolata and it was watered down opposed to being thick like a shake. I am a native of Englewood over 50yrs and this is not acceptable. It’s my FIRST review but not my first experience of bad quality. I either go to Bergenfield or River Edge Dunkin Donuts for quality food and for now I’ll continue to service those locations. Going forward, send a secret shopper, or management do surprise visits. Unfortunately, as far as, fast food on palisades ave Chick Fil La is the ONLY restaurant I will utilize in my home town. This was bad and $20 wasted…please improve and do better.

Worst Dunkin ever i saw in US , no toilet paper early in the morning with no bagels except plain and only 1 worker working, feels like this dunks did not renovate more than 11 years ago, and too many flies in bathroom.

Everything I come here it is always so slow. I ordered ahead and waited in th3 store for over 10 minutes just to hear my food isn't ready and they don't have something I ordered. It's absolutely ridiculous. I am never going back to this location.
I have come to rely on the various Dunkin Donuts locations for good food, great service, and a clean bathroom. Thanks.

Nice staff that’s quick and good service. Pricing not too bad and they have a good variety of items on the menu. Everything probably tastes good and they toast the bagel just right and add enough cream cheese.

They don’t pay attention to specific details of the order. I said hut coffee, bagel tosted with less cream cheese . Coffee is not hut , the bagel is not tosted and he put o lot of cheese on the bagel.
