They don’t pay attention to specific details of the order. I said hut coffee, bagel tosted with less cream cheese . Coffee is not hut , the bagel is not tosted and he put o lot of cheese on the bagel.

The service has decreased tremendously since last manager left. Coffee taste different and the service is very slow. I went in today and the person making the food placed my croissant on top of a cell phone that was on the cutting board. When I asked her to remove it and replace the bread with a new one, she used the gloved hand to remove the dirty phone and continued touching food items with the gloved hand. She was not very receptive or kind in the exchange. I then notified the current manager. When I reached my destination, my order was missing a side of bacon. So not only was the service unsanitary but I am at a loss. I will no longer patronize here. Not worth it. Be careful.

My sister placed an order & I went to pick it up. When my I arrived, I gave my sisters name & they only gave me a coffee but didn’t give her donuts or sandwich. I returned to the store, after making me wait a while before acknowledging me, They gave me the donuts but proceeded to say the sandwich was already picked up and was refusing to give me the sandwich. The customer service was poor and the employees were rude! (This is not the first time that she’s had the issue of a pick order and the employees “forgot” to give some of the items from the order.) They gave me (4 months pregnant) a hard time about a $5 sandwich that could have easily been made. I’m not sure who they gave the sandwich to or if they ever made it to begin with but it was in fact not given to me or my sister. The manager came out and said she would give me the order (with an attitude) as she proceeded to walk away and bumped into me. That is unacceptable. It seemed to have been done on purpose and she didn’t apologize. I would not recommend going while that morning manager is there.

this place was utterly disgusting. between the dirty floors and the drinks that take years to get to you, the most disgusting part of it was having an unwashed hand over the drinks. The fact that there was a FLY on the donuts speaks volume about the “cleanliness” of this dirty establishment. Never will i ever come here again unless you drag me alive. I would give this 0 stars if I could but even that would be too generous. They mixed up everyone’s orders and after waiting for so long, the drink wasn’t even worth it. BUYER BEWARE

It was a pleasant experience for a change. I'm not a DD fan. However, the lady who took my order was pleasant, efficient, and demonstrated note worthy customer service; something which is an oddity in the world today.

Awful service always. Every time I’ve placed a mobile order to this location it is always wrong. Over a year ago, I spent $60 on hot chocolate boxes and when I went to pick them up, they told me they had none and that they couldn’t refund me. When I emailed this Dunkin’s manager, they didn’t refund me either. After that experience I was hesitant to even go here again, but this summer I placed a mobile order for two of the summer refreshers. Again, when I went to pick it up, they gave me the completely wrong product and didn’t change it. Awful service.

I ordered a Mango Pineapple Lemonade refresher, it was good after a couple sips, then it tasted terrible, literally the same taste as tea with no sugar . Not only that but the bathroom isn't "working". Don't recommend.
