If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, with a manager who would rather fight than fix the situation. They had messed up our meal and instead of fixing it, she insisted they weren’t wrong, refused to give me the owner to speak to, hung up and won’t answer the phone now. All over a mistake that could have easily been fixed. Disgusted with how this place is ran, hopefully the owner sees this.

Ordering at home is disgusting, it takes an hour and a half and the smoothie only arrives hot, what a lack of respect and not just once many times

Got an order for 4 people. 3 burgers and an Arepa. Arepa was missing so I had to go back. People forget things sometimes thats fine. What isn’t fine is having a dry overcooked burger. Every burger I ordered was overcooked and dry. Had to dowse it in pink sauce so it wouldn’t get stuck on the way down. I’ve held out on leaving a review like this but every time I have ordered in the last year the burgers have been overcooked. Fries were good. Tell the chef to get a meat thermometer for Christ's sake and a timer.

I like very original food! But it's too bad that there is no bathroom! I passed the bathroom but it seems super bad to me that in such a small place they let people bring dogs ? that was the last time I went into that place Too bad!
