The caramel frappe was good. My has brown was raw. Very undercooked. I asked for bacon and sausage on my croissant and got drops of bacon. I would come back for the drink.

Customer service was great! The turkey bacon was the cheapest of quality the vegetable cream cheese was just cream cheese with red peppers and green peppers. The atmosphere was nice it was very clean but the quality of meat and cream cheese was cheap

First time i ordered here they gave me someone else's order. I understood though, accidents happen.
But it seems giving people what they did not ask for is a trend here. Today i order a sausage egg and cheese with an extra slice of cheese and salt and pepper on an everything bagel. As i was eating, i noticed some kind of white, mayo like sauce on my bagel. Very disturbing to have random white sauce on my sandwich unexpectedly. I will not be eating here again. Wish i could give zero stars.
