This is a truly authentic Japanese experience. It instantly brought me back to the ramen I had in Japan—comforting, rich, and perfectly balanced. Honestly, this is the best ramen I’ve had anywhere in the U.S., even compared to the fancy spots in NYC. It’s amazing to have something this special right here in New Jersey. I was working in the area so I placed an order online, (it says approximately 20 minute wait) then I went in a few minutes after I placed the order as I had some paperwork to fill out while I was going to wait.
It must've been only about 5 minutes that I sat there when my order came out, the hostess apologized for making me wait, (but I wasn't expecting the order for another 15 minutes) and gave me a free drink.
