Place has been on a deep decline! It is so dirty! All of its tables, chairs, drink and coffee stations ; you better take a snack if you want to wait to pick up your food… Staff is not trained properly to be friendly and polite! It seems that they don’t like their jobs. Don’t even go outside to sit out there. More of the same … I suggest go to a place that cares about cleaning and their service.

This particular Panera location is the worst one I've visited so far. The interior is outdated and smells bad. The order screen is hidden behind an extra tall booth wall in the back, and the shelves are empty with dirty bread trays. The food quality was below my expectations. I will definitely avoid this location in the future.
