Went in and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. Got my food and opened it. It all fell out. I asked for them to remake it, and I’m sure they put it back on the grill for about 5 minutes since they don’t cook it in front of you.

The bagels themselves are okay. The customer service was terrible. The server took my dad's order, then walked away from us to make the order and served everyone behind us first. When my mom and I asked to put in our order and to put it with my dad's order, she rolled her eyes and went to make it. We also heard her and the original server talking badly about us to each other. There are better bagel shops around the area that have better customer service, don't waste your time here.

Great little neighborhood bagel shop. Quick and great service, tasty bagels, fair price. No real seating but that’s not what I’m looking for in my bagel run.
It’s crazy when you have a simple order like a toasted sesame, scrambled egg, cheddar ham, hot sauce, ketchup, and the girl at the counter who speaks terrible English doesn’t write it down and you know you’re not gonna get that order right so when I kindly asked her to write it down because they constantly screw up the order she gave me a snotty look to begin. My order was correct but for eight dollars which is pathetic one tiny egg that wasn’t scrambled One slice of ham and one slice of cheese I could barely taste anything except the bagel that’s how pathetic that egg sandwich was. Wasn’t a four dollar or five dollar sandwich it was eight dollars. Most places will at least give you three slices of Taylor ham and two eggs. I will not be going back. I will find a meal elsewhere that has much more value. And less attitude

My family and I LOVE this Deli. The bagles are freshly made 😍 We look forward to our Saturday breakfast from here. The service is fast, and they always get our orders correct. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a fulfilling meal at a great price.

I come here sometimes because it is close to home, I had issues before, but nothing crazy I usually don't complaint but today, i found some small bones in my turkey bacon. It's pretty disgusting. You might want to train people properly on cross contamination and / or your supplier. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
