I just have to give a shout out to spring bagels this morning at 5:45 am I was able to order and everything bagel. Outcome a steaming hot fresh bagel right from the oven. There aren’t that many places open between five and six that are making fresh hot food so early in the morning! The bagel was absolutely delicious!

The menu advertises small drink sizes, but when I ordered a small coffee, I was given and charged for a medium without being told that small sizes were unavailable. When I went back to ask about it, I was told they only have medium and large.
It would be helpful if staff informed customers about size availability before charging them, or if the menu was updated to reflect what is actually offered. This was frustrating and felt misleading. Hoping this can be improved for future customers. Bagel and coffee were good though, I would come back.

Went in at 11:30 am. Bagels are rock hard. Stale. Bought a Black Russian bagel. It had raisins inside. Price $1.50 each. Smaller than before. New owners. Terrible.

Went in and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. Got my food and opened it. It all fell out. I asked for them to remake it, and I’m sure they put it back on the grill for about 5 minutes since they don’t cook it in front of you.
I recommend this place., the bagels 🥯 are fresh everyday I love the bacon egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast Ande the employees are very friendly and quick to serve the customers 👍💯

The bagels themselves are okay. The customer service was terrible. The server took my dad's order, then walked away from us to make the order and served everyone behind us first. When my mom and I asked to put in our order and to put it with my dad's order, she rolled her eyes and went to make it. We also heard her and the original server talking badly about us to each other. There are better bagel shops around the area that have better customer service, don't waste your time here.

It’s crazy when you have a simple order like a toasted sesame, scrambled egg, cheddar ham, hot sauce, ketchup, and the girl at the counter who speaks terrible English doesn’t write it down and you know you’re not gonna get that order right so when I kindly asked her to write it down because they constantly screw up the order she gave me a snotty look to begin. My order was correct but for eight dollars which is pathetic one tiny egg that wasn’t scrambled One slice of ham and one slice of cheese I could barely taste anything except the bagel that’s how pathetic that egg sandwich was. Wasn’t a four dollar or five dollar sandwich it was eight dollars. Most places will at least give you three slices of Taylor ham and two eggs. I will not be going back. I will find a meal elsewhere that has much more value. And less attitude
