The bagels themselves are okay. The customer service was terrible. The server took my dad's order, then walked away from us to make the order and served everyone behind us first. When my mom and I asked to put in our order and to put it with my dad's order, she rolled her eyes and went to make it. We also heard her and the original server talking badly about us to each other. There are better bagel shops around the area that have better customer service, don't waste your time here.

It’s crazy when you have a simple order like a toasted sesame, scrambled egg, cheddar ham, hot sauce, ketchup, and the girl at the counter who speaks terrible English doesn’t write it down and you know you’re not gonna get that order right so when I kindly asked her to write it down because they constantly screw up the order she gave me a snotty look to begin. My order was correct but for eight dollars which is pathetic one tiny egg that wasn’t scrambled One slice of ham and one slice of cheese I could barely taste anything except the bagel that’s how pathetic that egg sandwich was. Wasn’t a four dollar or five dollar sandwich it was eight dollars. Most places will at least give you three slices of Taylor ham and two eggs. I will not be going back. I will find a meal elsewhere that has much more value. And less attitude

My family and I LOVE this Deli. The bagles are freshly made 😍 We look forward to our Saturday breakfast from here. The service is fast, and they always get our orders correct. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a fulfilling meal at a great price.

I come here sometimes because it is close to home, I had issues before, but nothing crazy I usually don't complaint but today, i found some small bones in my turkey bacon. It's pretty disgusting. You might want to train people properly on cross contamination and / or your supplier. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

When my boyfriend drops me off to work, We every so often stop at this bagel shop because it’s close to my job. However, every single time we stop in there and place an order, they are ALWAYS messed up. after so many times of getting messed up orders, i really had to write this review. We don’t order more than one breakfast sandwich, and definitely not complicated so i don’t understand why this happens every single time. My order this morning was a sausage egg and cheese on a regular buttered roll. they gave me a poppy seed roll. that i never asked for. When my boyfriend orders, they always mess something up as well. Couple weeks ago they gave him egg and cheese on a roll when he specifically ordered a taylor ham, bacon egg and cheese. He told them and a guy there re-did it for him, and made everything super salty. I don’t understand who’s making these sandwiches back there but it’s really crazy how it gets messed up each and every time. that’s ridiculous. I just don’t see myself coming back here. I always know my sandwich will be messed up.

So I literally just moved to the area and on reviews everybody said how great this bagel shop is, I walked in with Stan there for about five minutes, barely any customers three people standing around the desk, didn’t even say good morning walked out and went up the block to another facility where they greeted me right away and got served right away. Where is the customer service.
Asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese watched the employee take an untoasted bagel put cream cheese on it. I asked nicely is this toasted. Yes it is. I state no i saw you just cut it and she said sir i assure you its toasted. I was not going to fight her. The bagel is not toasted. I would please like to be refunded for my purchase before I initiate a charge back.

Years ago I had nothing bad to say about this place. After the change in ownership, this place has tanked completely.ALMOST EVERY TIME: The bagels are stale AND/OR my order is wrong. (And I’m not a complicated order guy) -Also, watch as they ring you up. You will be charged for every under the sun that involves your order. Sometimes even things you didn’t ask for.Pros: they’re pretty quick with your order (which can explain why they get it wrong often) plenty of drink options - almost most I’ve ever seen at a bagel shop. They also have pretty good hours. The only place I know around here where you can still get an egg bagel after noon.

My only issue is there can be long lines and you have to wait longer than expected to get service, sometimes, but especially in the morning. It is an “old school” bagel shop so ambiance is not a strength but it is very clean! The prices are reasonable. Definitely the best bagel place in that area of Bergen County.
Vegetarian options: They have bagels, juice, coffee (sometimes they have almond milk), fruit salads and sometimes they have bananas. All other items are processed like potato chips.
