They don't know anything about service
Accidentally dropped a small coffee around 8:35. The cleaning lady made a dramatic sigh and reaction from the other side of the room. It’s understandable to be frustrated, but it was very unprofessional on their part to react like that. 20 mins after the spill, we got up and got napkins to clean the mess that was now spreading. We did not get napkins earlier due to the cleaning lady having just cleaned the floor where the napkins were. After we get napkins, they asked if we were going to clean it up. Again we got up to get more napkins and they (finally) said that it’s fine that they were going to clean it. It was a very unprofessional reaction from the lady and the other workers didn’t come and say anything for 20 mins. It could have happened to anyone at anytime, unprofessional and childish.

Starbucks is always a vibe. I love coffee, lattes, pastries etc. They don't disappoint.
This is a very fast and efficient team! I definitely came at a busy time. Despite that I got my food and drinks quickly, and everything was amazing. Everyone was very kind. I’ll definitely come again!

My first impression was, nobody said hi or how can I help you as we entered the store and approached the counter despite no one being in line. Then a girl approached the register and turned her back at us, I was with my wifr and young daughters. The qas another woman on the other side of the counter and did not say hi either, busy doing something else,. FInally the girl faced us to take our order without saying anything and no smile. We placed the order and again no smile, no thank you, nothing. Even after giving her a tip. As we were sitting down the lady busy behind the counter was greeting the costumers who entered the store. So what do I think? I don't know in that I was something usual, Then a young boy opening a box in the counter that he brought from the back, took an order and was served the order, I mean that is the place where you serve food The box was probably not sanitized, he did not wash his hands, I believe he should wear gloves, I also believe that if they are serving food, they should not handle reciepts and serve food with the same gloves due to cross contamination by chemicals from the heat reciepts.

The 2 girls working today at 2:00pm were too busy talking about getting high at a party and too deep in their disgusting conversation to acknowledge any customer. They took far too long to make my drink because they kept pausing to make hand gestures to each other and reenacting whatever drama they were rambling on about. Unsurprisingly my drink tasted subpar. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here.

Let me start by saying I’ve never written a google review in my life, but I’ve also never met people so incredibly stupid in my life. This spot was not busy at all and I only ordered TWO drinks. Waited 15 mins while watching the one barista so preoccupied with making a drink for a man who hasn’t even paid yet. After 15mins they handed me ONE drink and called it a day. So I asked where my other one was, and they’re telling me I only ordered one even after I showed my receipt. Rightttt so you’re telling me one grande green tea frap totals to over $12? Bro had to go over to the cashier to confirm with her that I paid for two drinks as if common sense don’t exist. Anyways love my Starbucks friends at the NYC 405 Broadway location.

Horrible service for the following reasons:
1. Out of everyone who walked in and was greeted openly and welcoming, I was not. Ok cool.
2. Went on to order my breakfast sandwich, was not greeted again by the cashier nor was the Impossible sandwich listed on the breakfast menu.
3. Failed to ask my name for my order.
4. Food and beverage was left on the counter without calling my name which led to my order being cold and watered down.
5. Asked for water and expressed my grievances politely to the barista and was completely dismissed/ignored
6. Sat to charge my phone for a moment. The outlets weren’t suitable for the new iPhone 15 charging head, spoke with the manager and was dismissed but was not offered any solutions of other nearby charging portals
7. Now I’m standing until my phone reaches a decent battery level of at least 30%
After I just patronize this location, this sucks ! We honestly have to do better as a community. I’m disappointed to say the least and won’t be back.

Awkward layout with a long ramp right up the middle of the place leading into a brick column and pipe. Who designed this place? The good thing is this place is larger than it appears with a spacious area for pickup and a relatively large seating area. It also has the saddest pastry section I've ever seen in a Starbucks. At 10:15 in the morning, they did not have any muffins or plain bagels for sale even though there were a few on display in the pastry case. Service was relatively quick with everybody working hard behind the counter. Turnover was relatively quick and most of the customers appeared to have arrived on foot.
