I was almost losing hope in Englewood for having a high presents of Asian Cuisine. Restaurant after restaurant seem to not know what they were doing as far as simple roles, soups and entree dishes. There's too much need to be experimental and fresh in this town which makes restaurants sway away from the basics of Asian Cuisine. However, Sushi Tatsu gets it right with keeping simple but also being courteous and caring to all their customers and making sure they have a consistency to their food.
Great tonkatsu and teriyaki. Service is slow. Quiet and uncrowded. Parking is on the street. Mochi available.
