Unfortunately I feel obliged to post this comment since it is not the first time this has happened in this place, the food is good but the customer service is very, very deplorable both in person and by phone. The lady who serves seems like she doesn't care about having clients, she just sticks to her work schedule. The first time a few days ago it gave me a problem because it didn't want to add additional spice. I have always bought tacos here in the same way I ordered and I had no problems until today when the annoying and uncaring lady did not want to sell me, claiming that there is no way because the tacos are not sold individually as I ordered them. Always, I insisted and he got more upset, then he simply told me there is no way to sell and hung up. I called another guero store in Saddle Brook and they sold me without a problem and very friendly. I just want you to know that I will not buy from this location in Englewood again, the owners should take into account, because I don't think I'm the only one. And the food is delicious but one stops going because of such terrible service repeatedly.

The must try food is their chorizo flavored tacos ? . It has so much flavor to it that you will love it. It has some spice as well. But that is my favorite dish

The worst taco that I had in my life The special of 30 tacos is not worthy First it was 3 kind of meat beef chicken and pastor it seems that they did not have beef and without asking they changed to pork and almost no meat in all 30 tacos I ordered 1 torta de pastor and it had maybe 8 slices and nothing else it was a bread and 8 slices not even beans and on top of that I asked for more salsa verde and they had audacity to charge $2.12 for a little cup of salsa This place should not exist as a taqueria because a real Mexican food tastes 100% better then this shame shame shame

Went with my mom & step dad around the afternoon we orders tacos de al pastor it was horrible & it wasn’t even al pastor it tasted like carnitas, and my mom ordered mini torta and barely had anything. DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL. Don’t even consider it Authentic Mexican food to be honest

Worst burritos ever. I came in 20 minutes before they close. The lady was unwelcoming and rude. We ordered two burritos (chilango) with chicken, pico de gallo and guacamole. She told us we can eat inside and we have to take them to go. Burritos came tasteless. No flavor and they didn’t even have guacamole which we paid for. $28.49( with tips) I would go somewhere else. NEVER again

I ordered delivery for the chicken tacos. When I tell you these are the worst tacos you’ve ever had… This restaurant shouldn’t be in business. I literally got a COLD and SOFT tortilla, with COLD SHREDDED WHITE BREAST CHICKEN WITH NO SPICES. I could have gone to the supermarket and just put together something myself. To not even cook the chicken? Look at it yourself and tell me it looks appetizing. Because it tasted worse than it looks.
This is a disgrace of a mexican restaurant.
Will never come back to this restaurant, and you shouldn’t either.

Ive ordered from this place recently and the past 2 times ive ordered the al pastor was not cooked, green sauces and sour cream i payed extra for were not added. I called for a 3rd time and whoever was the employee that picked up seemed to not care saying ''um okay i guess''. Do better
