By far the worst employees I've ever encountered at a restaurant from the delivery driver to the one who takes the orders. The only people who know what to do are the chefs Kevin the owner is a good guy, but most of the people that work for him are horrible. I called in to pay with a credit card when the delivery driver arrived. Because I did not have enough cash on me. The delivery driver said that he needed cash and the restaurant was taking my credit card number. The order took an hour and 10 minutes and freezing cold when I told them to make sure that my food comes warm to put salsa verde at least four of them they put one and just said I'm sorry they also raise the price of five for five on taco Tuesday eight dollars and change the people taking the orders don't understand a word of English when we are in Englewood, New Jersey not Cuba or Mexico no wonder this place has three stars. It deserves one and it's about to go down now.

I came in for a quick bite after a concert and I have been hooked on their food ever since. Every time I come in the taste and quality of the food are the same. The staff is nice and there prices are good. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Being from LA I have yet to find decent tacos around North Jersey. Overall a good spot for tacos. Solid value when you get the bigger packages. Al Pastor and asada were good and enjoyed the sauces along with it.

We came here two times and both times we were very disappointed. The first time we ordered nachos and they did not taste that great. Tonight we ordered Al pastor tacos and they were not that great. They didn’t come with pineapples and were extremely dry and salty. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

This has been my go to spot since last year. It really was so good I had to go every week. But up until the last three or four months-ish is when it started going downhill. Either direct order pickup, Uber eats, grubhub, something is always wrong. Either leaving in something I requested out, forgetting an add on I paid for, nasty splotchy avocados, etc. and if you read through the reviews about a girl w a nasty attitude, they’re not wrong.There are no replies to the reviews so it seems like the owner doesn’t care enough. Better off somewhere else

The food was delicious. We ordered tacos and 2 burritos, and it tasted fresh and soft, so we definitely recommend the food. The staff was very attentive and helpful. But I feel the place needs a little cleanup, especially in the front .

I recently dined at Taqueria Los Gueros, and while the food was excellent, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The atmosphere was notably dirty, raising concerns about cleanliness. What stood out even more was the practice of prompting for a tip on an iPad before any service was performed. This seemed unnecessary, especially since it was a counter-service where I picked up my own food and disposed of my trash. It felt like an unusual and potentially misleading approach. I've attached a picture to illustrate the cleanliness concern. It's my hope that the management addresses these issues for a better dining experience.
