My friends and family and I ABSOLUTELY love, love, love Tsaocaa! Daniel and Duo are fantastic! They ALWAYS provide exceptional customer service and they are so professional as well as informative. They always make us feel welcomed and valued. Daniel and Duo are very engaging too and the answer all of our menu questions. This is our favorite bubble tea in the area! Switched from longtime Gong Cha devotees to this spot. Owner is so kind and friendly, and the ruby milk tea and passion fruit mojito drinks are such a nice treat any day of the week. Can’t recommend enough!

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced. It was 9:20pm and there being another person already inside I asked the young man behind the counter if they were still open. They stated almost closing but they would take my order no problem, one drink order.His counter-part then emerged from the back immediately whining like a child, that a drink order was taken. This girl then continued to give me dirty looks and roll her eyes to her friend now sitting in the back corner. I can understand you wanting to finish and go home but I asked if they were still open did not see hours visibly posted when I walked up.As the door was then locked to prevent further customers but no one else was walking up. I asked if I could be let out unsure if there was a key or if I'm able to just open it. The young girl rolls her eyes, opens the doors and as I walked out the employee immediately begins to mock me to her friend still sitting in the back (who was the only reason I initially walked in, the friend was standing at the cash register when I walking by therefore making be believe they were another customer).The drink was decent from the young guy and he was super nice but the whole interaction from his counter-part just made me never want to step foot into that establishment again.
