i asked for 100% sugar just to get all 4 drinks with no taste, not even a hint of sweetness. thats not the worst part. the whole drinks tasted like you mix milk and water together. i have tried so many boba places and this is the worst lowest quality so far. not worth the money at all

I placed order at 7:25 pm , received the order at 8:00 , and instructions were not even followed properly, asked for less ice and cup was full of ice.they are understaffed.

Their tea and toppings are really good! But I feel that they skimp a bit on toppings. I'm not sure if that's just how the recipe is or if workers make the drinks incorrectly.
I got a double purple bliss this time and I felt a little mislead because the picture was so purple but my drink isn't. Feel like I have to ration the ube and bubbles in my sips unless I want to run out quickly. Their drinks taste good (especially the teas), but I wish they could add a little more topping
Just purchased a Taro milk swirl. And paid extra for tapioca and the tapioca was not even fully cooked. It was raw in the center and super hard. And the flavor was very lacking
