My gf and i were driving and randomly saw VPL. We decided to stop and i am soooooo glad we did! We bought so much- the pastries were incredible, the breakfast sandwich was delish, i found vegan gummies and chocolates for my kids and we got vegan cheese.
The owner was lively and we bought one of her candles which became a favorite.
Do not miss this place!!!!!

Adorable little corner bakery with a large assortment of baked goods, sandwiches, and packaged shelved goodies. I bought the jam danish, cookie butter cheesecake brownie, and peanut butter jam bar which were *amazing*--especially the brownie!! The prices didn't feel that bad either.

Awesome vegan pastries with multiple gluten free options!! Serving both sweet and savory offerings. Very kind staff, they will answer all of your questions. Highly recommend! Only downside is they don't have seating.

I’m so happy we found this shop, All desserts are vegan, we bought a brownie and a salted chocolate cookie it was so delicious even better than regular desserts!

While staying in Englewood last week, stopped at vegan pastry lab while waiting on the bus with my friend. I grabbed a gluten free banana chocolate chip muffin and she grabbed a brownie. They were both to die for!! The muffin was unlike no other (one week back in North Carolina and I still think about that muffin) The person attending was very nice and interesting to talk to! Will definitely be back when I am back in town! Highly recommend!

go for the donuts! they only had one available during my first visit (cinnamon sugar) since it was near closing time but it was so soft and tasty that it's made me sure their other donut flavors are good too. the staff are kind, and they said you can give a call to ask for availability or to put a pastry aside for you
Amazing selection of gf and vegan goodies and sandwiches! The owner chris is incredibly kind and attentive and warm. We felt so cared for. My parents who arent vegan loved it. They didnt understand it was vegan the whole time? But loved it! Donuts and goodies made fresh on site. You can smell it as soon as you drive past! Much love and support for their hard work and goodness!!! Also chai latte!!

My wife and I LOVE Vegan Pastry Lab. We’ve had breakfast sandwiches from there, we’ve had baked goods, we’ve ordered cakes. VPL is our (and should be your) go-to vegan eatery and bakery. Seriously, everything there is DELICIOUS. They absolutely deserve 5/5 stars. As a matter of fact, they deserve 10/5 stars but I don’t think Google will allow me to do that. Go to VPL.
