Terrible service with zero service recovery. They clearly Forgot to put in my order in despite me asking them multiple times and so I waited almost an hour. when I approached him about it- Ari was Rude and embarrassed me in front of my kids and a room full of customers. These guys are the real deal. Their ribs are better than anything I’ve had kosher or not anywhere in the country. And the burnt ends are to die for. I had my order shipped to me and it came with simple reheating instructions and it was like it was fresh out of the smoker. Thank you!!
Beyond horrible customer service!!!! They ruined my Purim and ignored me! I emailed them a week in advance to make sure they would deliver to where I am and they said yes. When I put in the order I got a confirmation email. When I went to check the website to see when it would be delivered, in a small area at the top of the page it said that my order was canceled.
