Similar to another review I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving which was never delivered. On Wednesday at around 5:30 (the night before Thanksgiving) I emailed the store letting them know that the order had not been delivered and they responded that deliveries were on the road. At 8 pm when I still hadn't received the order, I tried calling the store multiple times, and either received a busy signal or no one would pick up. I then emailed several times on Thursday and Friday to let them know, and did not receive any response. On Sunday and again on Monday I called the store and spoke to some one who assured me that the owner would call. To this point no one has called.

As a longtime customer of Wandering Que, I have never been as disappointed and upset by my recent experience. I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner for 5-6 people for a home delivery as I live about 3 hours south of their location. This had never been a problem until last week when my order was completely wrong. After speaking with the owner, who sounded extremely annoyed, he was going to get back to me. He never did. I spent more than the amount of food I had ordered and then scrambled to put together a last-minute Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I reached out with calls and texts several times and gave him the opportunity to right this wrong. Mistakes happen, I get that. But to ignore the situation is unfair and unacceptable! This is a shameful way for anyone to conduct business!!!

Great food and service with nice size portions! Would definitely come again. Only annoying part is the parking, since it’s on a main road. There’s street parking, but it can get very full depending on the time of day (especially during lunch time).

Tried the brisket sandwich and unfortunately it just did not meet the hype the staff was giving it. According to the staff, this was the best item on the menu. I don’t know if it was a bad batch, but the brisket tasted sort of watery and had no flavor. For a nearly $30 sandwich they hardly filled up and there were zero sides to go with it. The only thing that made it decent were the sauces we mixed it with. With that being said, the staff was super nice and friendly and I hope others will have a better experience with the taste of the food.
I was truly so excited to see a new kosher spot, but sadly I don’t know if I will return.

We ordered Wandering Que food for a kiddush on Shemni Atzeret at our home. Everyone loved it! It didn't taste like every other kiddush and made people happy. The Texas cholent #9, chili and charcuterie board were a great combination. Thanks
