“Istanbul Bay Premium restaurant is located in the former space of Nonna's on Route 9 in Marlboro, NJ. From the moment you enter, you feel welcomed. We had requested a quieter area because our party of 4 all had hearing issues and our request was honored. The menu was extensive and the explanations were very helpful. The service was impeccable and friendly. The food came out efficiently and was delicious. This was our second time here and we plan to return again.”

“Love ordering from this place! You get free appetizer item if you pay cash. Really only for take away or delivery don’t think there’s much in dining. I’ve been getting delivery for almost 15 years now. But staff nice. They forgot our edamame once n drove back out to drop off. The sushi n bento boxes are really good n fresh. Thai good n best spring rolls ever. Little pricey but good quality. Haven’t tried much of Chinese menu they have.”

“This is the only place I feel safe ordering in from as someone with food allergies. I have a dairy and gluten allergy and they are so accommodating with the dishes. You get big portions for a good price and the food is always so fresh. I also have a super stomach with some problems so I always feel icky eating out and since the food is cooked in high quality oil I never feel icky after eating here which is SO rare for me. The owner is incredibly kind and told me how she also has food allergies and is happy to make modifications and help. It’s so rare that restaurants welcome modifications and she always does so for me. I’ve never gotten sick here and it’s the one restaurant I feel comfortable ordering in from and look forward to doing so every week. The entire staff is helpful and are always kind and respectful even when the phone is ringing like crazy and there’s a line for pick up. They never rush you and always make you feel welcome. A local gem- thank you to the incredibly owner for giving us allergy people a safe place with delicious food and for accommodating me with a smile. I appreciate you so much. “I got the tacos al pastor and it was amazing. The tortillas were unlike anything I have ever tasted before and the pork and pineapple was delicious; I also loved their salsas. The only thing wrong was she gave 3 tacos instead of 4 like it says on the menu and it was a bit pricey, but I'll still go back.”

“I ordered a large pizza with sausage. It was tasty, the kind of pizza you crave after a day of working on stuff that makes your kitchen not usable. The only drawback was the crust was a little lacking in texture and depth of flavor, a bit stiff and airy rather than that perfect mix of crispy outside, chewy inside with a well developed flavor.”
