Tried to order BEC not realizing they are kosher since it’s not visibly advertised. The girl at the counter was rude, not simply just explaining hey sorry we don’t serve that- but yelling WE DON’T SERVE MEAT HERE WE’RE KOSHER. Completely an unnecessary response from someone working with your customers. Bagel was average, nothing special definitely wouldn’t return with staff like that

We were told that the GF bagels were great! They were frozen bagels that you couldn't even eat. I had to throw it away. Very disappointed.Dietary restrictions: We bought a GF bagel it was frozen, was told to stick it in the microwave for 20 seconds. When it came out it was still as a hard as a rock ended up throwing it in the garbage. We are very disappointed as you got great reviews on your bagels.
