Why do you have advertising on google map if you can’t handle it? To make an order you need stay around for 20 minutes. Horrible experience.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but I’m very mad. It was 7:45 The sign on the door and the Internet says that the store closes at 8:30. The doors were locked and no workers in there when I got there. I was looking forward to getting ice cream after a long, hard day but sadly couldn’t. Please update your hours to the correct times.

If I could give them zero stars I would . Whoever the owner is needs to be aware of who works for them. I called the first time they answered and hung up without even saying hello. The second time time I called all I asked for was what cakes they had in stock that were premade, the rude female that answered said come find out yourself and hung up.she didn’t even give me a chance to respond. They want to charge me $2 more for a cake than for what was marked down on the box, And They have the audacity to tell me that the price just increase and the cake have been sitting on the self for a while. Terrible service and I won’t come back there again. This kids don’t know how to service their customers.

incredible experience today. I went through the drive-thru ordered and paid, and then I was given the wrong item. I then go back through the drive-thru again to tell them they gave me the wrong item and they told me they gave me this because my requested item is not in stock. I then requested a refund and they told me SORRY NO REFUNDS!!! HAHAH WHAT? You gave me the wrong item and then no refund????I always have a horrible experience at this establishment. STAY AWAY!

They messed up my order on DoorDash. Fine... got my refund, made the order again. They had the audacity to have my sweet DoorDash driver sitting there for over a half hour ignoring him. Finally they give him attitude and tell him they sent the order already! Wich they did not and if they did they gave it to the wrong person. Mind you it was literally just wake up wraps and apple juice. I have covid and am relying on DoorDash to eat because I can’t go around others. And I feel even worse for the driver who’s missing out on money because they can’t do their job. Thanks for ruining my day dunkin! Also I’ve been here in person and the staff are just snobby high school kids who bicker back and forth over doing the littlest tasks. This dunkin should not exist
