Our family orders pizza from Carlos, and it is delicious. We love this restaurant and decided to have my daughter's 13th birthday here. The food was delicious, and I can't say enough kind things about John, the owner, and Jenn and Regina who helped with our party and made sure that there was always enough food and beverage on hand for our guests. I would give more than five stars if Icould. .Excellent pizza and great customer service.
After hearing people rave about Carlo's, I finally stopped in.I'm sorry I didn't stop in sooner.They can't do enough for their guests. No alcohol is served here. I am not sure. But I think you can BYOB.They have an extensive Gluten-free menu ? ❤️

I attended a birthday party here for my son’s friend. The atmosphere was awesome, it was like a big open kitchen. They welcomed a third party company to come in and entertain the kids. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to eating there again!

Great location for kids parties. I’ve been to this location many times as a hired face painter and everyone seemed to have a great time. The staff is friendly and professional, always present to make sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of.Aside from the store, they have a party room, where kids can make their own pizza, and an extra room where parents can sit down and enjoy themselves, too…

used this place for catering for over 20years but couple years ago food was not as good. when I ordered the lasagna, which my family was obsessed with, it was full of sauce, came like a soup. I was surprised. thinking it was a one off (which never happened before in 20 years) I placed another order, telling the owner what happened. I also asked if this was a new owner since I knew who the owner was and his wife. no answer. I tried them again ordering something else and it was just as bad. will not use them again

I lived in Marlboro 20 years ago, so when I was visiting the old neighborhood, I was pleasantly surprised to see Carlo's still in business. I didn't see Maria, but the same great food, etc... some traditions should never change!! ?

Great option for celiacs or anyone gluten free. I was able to eat garlic bread, and pizza! Everything was delicious; even my children tried the gluten free bread and were impressed. The service is fast and you can sit in the cute little restaurant if you wish. I highly recommend if you crave italian and cannot eat gluten!

Carlo's has the best pizza! They offer traditional pizza and thin crust pizza too! We love the eggplant thin crust pizza the best! The staff are so friendly and courteous. Their dining area has tables with tablecloths, beautiful! We recommend dining at Carlo's when you want delicious food!
