By FAR the worst Dunkin in the area. Every time I give them another chance they prove me right again. Prices higher than any other location and won't even take a single use coupon for their location because it was on a phone, people don't cut out coupons anymore! There are many other locations close by much more deserving of business.

DUNKIN PLEASE READ THIS!! We came around 6:40 Thursday October 2nd 2025 and we come here all the time but Lea and Mo were extremely nice and they were the nicest service me and my mother have ever had in a drive thru maybe even in any place!!!! They deserve and extreme raise or placed up to managers!!!! They asked questions, smiled, helped us out, they were the best!!! ❤️

The wait was long and there was barely any seating but the kind staff made the expierence bearable and props to employees Andrew and Sameera! Thank you guys for the amazing service even in the evening hours.
They locked the doors two hours before closing. Incompetent staff gave me regular milk instead of oat milk.

You’re either open or you’re closed. If you’re Open - then be open. Don’t say you can’t take cash or toast a muffin cause your workers decided to shut down before you actually close. Next you’ll be be out of coffee too. Do better !

Dunkin, please educate your staff (drive-thru) on your menu and products. Staff shouldn’t sound confused or be rude when i ask for something that’s been on the menu for years and still is. Would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the dunkin on the other side of town.

If you ever come at peak hours you will be waiting more than 20 minutes bc theres always only 1-2 ppl working and the people that do work have ZERO sense of emergency. Coffee was burnt and wasn't sweet. Me and my family have gone to this place for a long time but it has been becoming less and less consistent. We almost always get the same thing. Frozen hazelnut coffee. But it's been terrible. Before it used to be good but slowly started being ok. But now it's just terrible. It's like the workers don't bother putting any effort into making the coffee. We will continue going to Dunkin donuts just not this one. Don't waste your time going to this one.
