We drove all the way there on an early Wednesday afternoon. I specifically checked the hours on your website and it said you were open. We arrived after 35 mins in traffic, and a not so happy toddler, to walk up and find your doors LOCKED. But the sign in your window saying you were open and times stating you were open, were when we were there. It’s a major inconvenience to pack up a toddler after finding a place to go, finally make it there, and it’s closed!! All the while advertising as OPEN! Poor business practice. And then you’ll wonder why you go out of business. SMH.

If this is in your window, you should open at 9. It’s 9:30 on a Tuesday and it is closed. The website says open. The sign says open. Nothing to note otherwise. I drove 25 minutes and have one very disappointed 2.5 year old. Do better.

The woman at front desk was nice. However this place needs at least one attendant to be watching over the place, putting things back, etc. It looked like a huge playroom that hadn't been cleaned in weeks. My twins went to "cook" In the kitchen and there wasn't any food, any utensils, etc. We had to go looking all over for anything to cook with. We went to play basketball at the little arcade basketball hoop and it wasn't working. New batteries were needed to turn it on. I'm disappointed in the organization and layout. For almost $30 we stayed probably about 35 mins and that was about it. Better off staying at home and playing with your own toys !

I brought my almost 5 year old and 11 month old sons here today. I really wasn’t impressed. I paid close to 30 dollars to have them play with extremely worn out toys, mats, etc. The mats in the 2 and under area did not look clean and the padded climbers were torn and worn out. I have been to many indoor play places throughout the state and while I expect normal wear and tear this was beyond that. For what they charge you they could go on amazon and order new things for what they probably earn in one morning over charging to play there. I gave them 2 stars because even though I wasn’t thrilled my children had fun and the staff member was very nice.

I have a 3 yr old a 2 yr old and a 2 week old and it was great!! I could see everywhere the bigger 2 went while I sat with the baby. The staff was friendly and nice. It was a great experience and we will definitely go back(wish you guys were closer lol). Thank you for the great time!

Dont even bother... the girls working there don’t have any clue what events are going... you’ll wind up getting there to be turned down for a party scheduled even if you call before hand. Take it from me.

Awesome place - we schedule play dates and meet ups and the kids always have fun. Bring socks and have a blast playing! Good assortment of toys and always nice and clean. We have never had a party there but have attended parties and they have been fun. They are now adding events to their calendar but we haven't tried any yet.
We signed up for the introductory LiL Scholars Class and Miss Jackie was great. Can't wait to go for the whole program

Love this adorable play place! I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old so when my 2 year old is running around the usual huge indoor play areas it becomes a little stressful worrying about where she is at all times without leaving my newborn alone. At lil giggles she is able to play with absolutely everything, the owner is so helpful, you’re able to see your kids playing no matter where they are from the cafe. Side note: the owners were here with their children and ordered themselves lunch, they were sweet enough to offer my daughter pizza. We’ll be back again for sure.
