This location is terrible ! I placed my order through door dash at 9:45 you told the dasher that it's lunch . How ? The dasher was there at 10:15 !!! Not first but third time for the lack of communication and service sucks

Always ask for fresh fries and everytime they try to give me old fries. Went in at 1050am one day and ordered a big Mac meal was told I hard to wait and reorder in 10 mins because they were only serving breakfast...place was empty

You’d think if they’re making you pay for condiments, they would at least include them in your order. A relative picked up my app order for me, and when I opened it they forgot my 4 condiments that I paid for, which ruins the meal (I really love sauce) 😭Very annoying
APPALLING SERVICE!! All we ordered were 5 basic meals consisting of Chicken McNuggets, fries, and some chicken sandwiches. I could understand maybe waiting 10 minutes, possibly even 15, but we waited upwards of 25 minutes! This McDonald's is highly understaffed as it wasn't even busy. And when we got our order, it wasn't even correct! They didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for and even gave us an extra fry box, but you can't complain about that. And the food wasn't even worth the wait. It was mid at best and I gave the food category three stars since it wasn't horrible and you can't complain about food but the fries and nuggets were cold and just honestly, I've had better food from McDonald's. The tables weren't the cleanest but I'd honestly expect that from every fast food chain. However, as far as I could tell, the staff were nice and weren't rude, which is why I didn't give my overall review 1 star. And I even saw people coming in from their cars complaining to the staff due to waiting too long for their food to arrive in their vehicle, as they ordered online. And it was so understaffed that over half of the time, there was no employee standing at the front. So overall, it's not horrible but could've been much, much better.
P.S. I've never written a review before in my life but the service at this place was HORRIBLE and writing a review of my experience was necessary.
