Left wanting more... Was in the area & decided to stop by for brunch, when we walked in we were seated immediately. The waitress promptly greeted us along with some water maybe 2 minutes after we were sat. She gave us ample time to put our drink orders In & give us time to look at the menu. After we put our order in the food came out after about 10-15 minutes which is pretty good considering it was pretty busy. The restaurant was spacious, had comfortable seating, clean tables & nice lighting. Although crowded & busy, the noise level was very tolerable & you didn't feel like you were seated on top of each other. My brunch companion chose the chicken & waffles (which also came with fries) & I decided on the farmers platter. The servings were really good. My order was eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries & either toast or pancakes, I choose pancakes. My order left me desiring for more, the home fries, eggs & sausage were pretty good my pancakes and bacon I couldn't say the same. The pancakes tasted like they were from a frozen food section & my bacon tasted like plastic/packaging ( it was almost not edible). I believe this was just my error in picking something that maybe wasn't their best option. I tried the chicken & waffles, to my surprise were really good. The waffles were big & came with some type of maple butter that was good just a tad bit on the sweeter side, the chicken was delicious, had good seasoned breading on it & was not dry. My companion ordered the Parmesan fries with it which ended up being really good as well. If I go back I would definitely make a different selection or just get the chicken & waffles.

Was so excited to try this place ! Came here early morning and was served frozen, cold hard potatoes with my bland bacon egg and cheese served on a chive waffle. Partner got a western omelette (how could you mess that one up) the eggs were burnt and just lacked any flavor. The best part of the meal was the coffee. What a shame !

This is one of our favorite brunch spots by far. The service is always excellent (love Alexis, Maria, Mackenzie and John the Mgr is awesome!); the food always hot and arrives how we ordered it; and most of all, this place has a unique vibe. It can accommodate families, dates, friend gatherings and anything else one wants. The brunch options are in a class of their own - pancake flight anyone? - and their hot/cold coffee bevs are works of art. PB has carved their own niche and they are doing EVERYTHING right.

My Belgian Waffle was the best I ever had and my wife's pancakes were perfectly fluffy. The coffee was also pretty good.We arrived just a few minutes after they opened and saw no employees when we walked in. After I looked around a bit, a waitress noticed and quickly came to seat us. She was pleasant and helped us find what we wanted on the menu. The downside about this place was that the disposable containers made it feel like a cheap take out place with no touch of class at all. The water was in disposable cups, butter in tiny pre-made packets, syrup in little plastic tubs that appeared to be filled from bulk. It felt like a McD's takeout meal more than a sit down restaurant. As I said in the beginning, the food was delicious, and the prices were competitive, but I don't expect to return soon. Project Brunch is right in the middle between 2 other very good breakfast/brunch choices. A well known national chain store is about 3 miles north and a popular local chain is about 3 miles south. With that kind of competition, I think they need to step up their game.

We liked this place when it first opened even though it was expensive for what it is. We hadn't been back for a while so we decided to try it again today. It was not a good experience. The food took longer than it should to come out, which we figured was because they were pretty busy. I could brush that off if the food that came out was amazing but it wasn't. My son loved his chicken with waffles but that was about the only positive during this meal. My husband and I got omelets and they were just okay. Nothing to rave about. They were served with the blah potatoes that seemed to come with every meal there. My mother-in-law ordered pancakes. You'd think a brunch place could easily handle pancakes but when they arrived, they were burnt. We sent them back and the next batch was raw in the center. At that point, she sent them back again and asked for just one scrambled egg because she figured that would be quick enough for them to make, and she had been eating some of our food but was still a little hungry. That single egg took forever to come out. As we were still waiting on the egg, we asked for the manager to come over. He said all the right things but didn't seem interested in hearing what she had to say, kind of like he just wanted to get away quickly, and his responses were very brusque. The egg finally came out pretty quickly after that but it still seemed a bit undercooked. We gave up at that point. When we were ready for the check, the server was difficult to find. When we finally found her, she was apologetic about the issues and the food was taken off the bill. Other random things we noticed while we were there were that the staff all looked like they just rolled out of bed and came to work in their pajamas. The manager was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt. When he came over to our table I thought he was just some random guy. The servers were all wearing hoodies and leggings. I'm not expecting formal wear, but a clean uniform that makes it obvious that they work there isn't too much to expect. It was just weird. The person making the drinks at the bar was wearing a baseball cap but her hair was messy, loose, and kind of in her face, and I couldn't help wondering how many times people might find hair in their overpriced fancy drinks. The menus were falling apart and dirty. I didn't want to touch them. Overall, not a great feeling feeling from an eating establishment. After reading through some of these reviews, it seems that the overcooked/undercooked pancake issue happens a lot. I also looked through some of the other reviewers' pictures. Brown bananas on a pancake? Obviously rotten avocados? Project Brunch, you need to teach your cooks that when the avocados and bananas look like that, you can't serve them. Yuck. With all of the other good options that are available in the area there are much better places to choose from so we won't be back. What a shame.

Great selections of healthy breakfast choices and also extreme over indulge selections. Hehehe. Good coffee, just wish it was hotter. But all good.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly. My kids love their breakfast, especially the ereo pancakes.

Came here during the summer, and I had to come here based on the drink options so unique and photogenic. Variety selection of food items and drinks to choose from. I had the eggs benedict with bacon instead of Canadian bacon. The service was great. I definitely would come back again to try something new. The ambiance was very welcoming and a homey vibe.

I enjoyed my food more the second time. I ordered shrimp and grits without chorizo and chose feta cheese for my eggs. I also got the crème brûlée cappuccino. I really enjoyed my food.

We stopped at a great brunch spot in Manalapan, my 2nd time. It was soooooo good! It's home-cooked comfort food. The menu is full of delicious dishes. I've highlighted the 4 we had in my pictures. Our server was pleasant and friendly and when asked for comparisons she suggested the perfect dish. Overall our brunch was fantastic, nice portions. Oh and their drink menu was awesome, so many goodies to choose from. Reservations at this location are only over the phone and 24hrs in advance.

We ordered the veggie breakfast pizza, and the ultimate pastrami benny, delightful! Potatoes were tasty and fresh, and strong coffee. Service was fantastic. I love that we were asked if we wanted cream or milk for the coffee, and when we said milk, it came in a little pitcher. It's the little things!
