It’s a very quiet Starbucks. And there are not much workers but still got my order.

Similar to other reviews, this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. No one is in the store, and while I understand there’s a drive thru, there’s 5 people and no one is making the orders taken in the store. We waited over 20 minutes while they’re just walking around and starring at us.
I absolutely hate to be this type of person because I work in customer service myself at a food business. I placed an online drive-through order for a simple iced coffee with cream and I’m sitting in the line for 15 minutes to pick it up and when I get it instead of cream, it came with cold foam. I didn’t have the energy in me or the time to waste anymore to get it fixed.
This is the worst ran Starbucks/Starbucks drive-through I have ever been to, and I travel a lot and I’ve been to many in many places. Absolutely horrible service. Second time i have had an occurrence like this, and the workers looked twelve like who are we hiring these days. If you’re gonna hire someone young then train them right

This Starbucks is a good, reliable stop when you need coffee that’s consistent and quick — especially if you’re passing through the area or starting an early morning. They open very early, which is a big plus when you’re out the door before the world is fully awake and you need that first cup to become a mentch again.
The staff is generally friendly and works hard to keep the line moving. Even when it gets busy, they’re pretty efficient and you usually get your order out without too much drama. The drinks come out the way you expect from Starbucks — consistent, made properly, and plenty of options whether you’re in the mood for something simple or one of the more “fancy” creations.
It’s also a decent spot to sit for a few minutes with a laptop or just to take a break, and the place is kept fairly clean and organized.
One heads-up: it can get crowded and the lines can be long at peak times, so if you’re in a rush, plan accordingly. But overall it’s a dependable location — you know what you’re getting, and that’s exactly what you want from a Starbucks.
Bottom line: solid coffee, early hours, helpful staff — a good stop when you need a caffeine chizuk. ☕️😄

Went through the drive thru and Mike was very helpful in explaining some of the different new options. I enjoyed my experience and drink very much!
There are 3 Starbucks within 2 mile radius of this location. I like going here because of the atmosphere but this place is run poorly when there are too many negative reviews.
There were several instances where someone tries to make my coffee and just forgets it.... and the place was not that busy. I have to approach the counter after 10 minutes to ask for it.... then the barista says she will make it... proceeds to do other stuffs... and left my coffee sitting on the coffee machine while the other baristas where just chatting and talking.
I have to interrupt them from their chatting to ask for my coffee that's been sitting under the coffee machine for 5+ mins to finally receive my order. No apologies that I had to approach the counter TWICE. Nothing.
It seems like some of the people working here feel that they are too good to be working here.

Ordered a drink at the drive thru, after we got it we discovered it had been made wrong. I went into the store to try and explain so we could get a new one. The girl at the counter was rude and insisted that that was how the drink was made. I was so taken back with her rude attitude that I just left the drink on the counter and walked out the door. I will not be returning to this location.

The girl at the drive thru window is consistently the rudest person. She should NOT be in hospitality. I’ve dealt with her behavior at least 3 times. This morning my husband went to place an order she kept on saying “anything else” without giving him a chance to speak. He then called to speak to the manager and the manager answered the phone “hello” without identifying the store he then told her about how rude her employee was she told him “I’m on break” and hung up the phone. You can’t make this stuff up!

I am a homeschool mom and a volunteer. I rarely get to treat myself to a 6 dollar coffee at Starbucks. I was so happy to be able to take a break and get this treat for myself. Everyone was so polite and I thanked them. Sadly, after I thanked the person that made my coffee, sort of a joyful thank you, she completely ignored me, handed it to me without even looking in my direction. I understand the service industry, as I worked in it a long time. People have a bad day, I get it. However courtesy is important to a business, a brand! Thank you to those who were kind and I hope I can have a better experience next time.

I went here Sunday evening 40 minutes before they closed and was told they only can make an espresso drink because they are out of everything because it’s Sunday evening. The woman at the drive/thru explained this as if I shouldn’t be surprised by this and how dare I request something that is on their menu. There closing time is 9:00 pm. If they are not able to accommodate orders then they should close earlier.
