Ordered a drink at the drive thru, after we got it we discovered it had been made wrong. I went into the store to try and explain so we could get a new one. The girl at the counter was rude and insisted that that was how the drink was made. I was so taken back with her rude attitude that I just left the drink on the counter and walked out the door. I will not be returning to this location.

The girl at the drive thru window is consistently the rudest person. She should NOT be in hospitality. I’ve dealt with her behavior at least 3 times. This morning my husband went to place an order she kept on saying “anything else” without giving him a chance to speak. He then called to speak to the manager and the manager answered the phone “hello” without identifying the store he then told her about how rude her employee was she told him “I’m on break” and hung up the phone. You can’t make this stuff up!

I am a homeschool mom and a volunteer. I rarely get to treat myself to a 6 dollar coffee at Starbucks. I was so happy to be able to take a break and get this treat for myself. Everyone was so polite and I thanked them. Sadly, after I thanked the person that made my coffee, sort of a joyful thank you, she completely ignored me, handed it to me without even looking in my direction. I understand the service industry, as I worked in it a long time. People have a bad day, I get it. However courtesy is important to a business, a brand! Thank you to those who were kind and I hope I can have a better experience next time.

I went here Sunday evening 40 minutes before they closed and was told they only can make an espresso drink because they are out of everything because it’s Sunday evening. The woman at the drive/thru explained this as if I shouldn’t be surprised by this and how dare I request something that is on their menu. There closing time is 9:00 pm. If they are not able to accommodate orders then they should close earlier.
I will not be returning. I had a very disappointing experience due to the manager’s unprofessional attitude. I’ve been a General Manager for over 15 years and have never treated a guest the way I was treated. I visited with my husband on Sunday, 4/20/25 around 5:30 PM—he ordered a latte, and I ordered a black coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted old, burnt, and muddy. I politely returned to the counter and mentioned that I didn’t like the taste. The manager responded by saying, ‘Then throw it in the trash,’ while making a dismissive gesture, which I found very disrespectful. I explained that I had only taken a small sip and requested a refund. Thankfully, one of the cashiers kindly offered to make a fresh one, but at that point, I no longer wanted anything. She processed the refund, and I appreciated her professionalism. However, the manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable.
On 4/3/25 my husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered two drinks. Upon receiving my large cold drink, the woman handed me the drink. As I took hold of the cup, the lid popped off and spilled over the interior of my brand new vehicle. The woman was very apologetic and offered cleaning supplies. This isn’t my issue. My issue is with corporate. I picked up my phone to complain about the design of these lids, since this isn’t the first time this has happened! So I went to make a complaint with my app, not my husband’s, not thinking it would matter. Well, when corporate contacted me the representative told me that I needed to have my husband make the complaint since they needed proof. :/ I asked her to look up my husbands account and then I went on hold for ten minutes before I decided to hang up.
Went here Sunday, the workers here are amazing! The night crew has some amazing people who work there, they are so sweet and so caring. My drink tasted amazing thank you to whoever recommended it!

Date and time of visit: Saturday December 7, 3 PM.
We went to have some coffee. There was just 1 person in front of us. It appears that this person had such a large order. The person that was serving was entering the order by looking at the customer’s cell phone. 5…10…15 minutes passed by. The person was still entering the order by looking at the customer phone. We did not know what’s going on. Upon asking, we were told that the customer before us brought a large order. By then, there were more people behind us and the line was building up.
I don’t blame the customer that brought the large order. I am not blaming the young girl who was serving them by looking at the customers phone and entering items one by one. But 15 minutes of waiting? I blame the management of this location fully. Other service personnel (there were a bunch of them) were just waiting and watching the whole time. We turned around and went to the Starbucks which is right opposite this location. It’s a shame!! Please fix.

My recent experience at Starbucks was far from enjoyable. It took an absurdly long time just to get two simple coffees. I expected some delay, but this was excessive, especially with only a handful of customers in line. The wait made it all the more frustrating when we finally got our drinks, only to find that the flavor was disappointing—weak and not fresh-tasting at all.
As for the snacks, the selection was really limited. There were hardly any options available, which was surprising for a place that’s supposed to offer a variety of treats to pair with coffee.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. The decor felt cold and uninviting, like an impersonal lobby rather than a cozy coffee spot. The seating was uncomfortable, and there was nothing about the space that made me want to stay and relax. All in all, this visit was a letdown and left me questioning if Starbucks is even worth it anymore.

I used to enjoy my occasional Starbucks drink but this is my last time going here. The prices are out of this world but that’s justified if the drink is good and they no longer are. These drinks taste like chemicals and it’s a huge turn off. This has nothing to do with the baristas at the store they’re super pleasant but whatever this company did to their drinks or machines was a bad move because they are GROSS now . Save yourself and your money go anywhere or make coffee at home. Bye bye Starbucks ✌?

They served expresso in a paper cup and no foam. The worst coffee I have had in a long time.
