I am a homeschool mom and a volunteer. I rarely get to treat myself to a 6 dollar coffee at Starbucks. I was so happy to be able to take a break and get this treat for myself. Everyone was so polite and I thanked them. Sadly, after I thanked the person that made my coffee, sort of a joyful thank you, she completely ignored me, handed it to me without even looking in my direction. I understand the service industry, as I worked in it a long time. People have a bad day, I get it....
Went here Sunday, the workers here are amazing! The night crew has some amazing people who work there, they are so sweet and so caring. My drink tasted amazing thank you to whoever recommended it!
My recent experience at Starbucks was far from enjoyable. It took an absurdly long time just to get two simple coffees. I expected some delay, but this was excessive, especially with only a handful of customers in line. The wait made it all the more frustrating when we finally got our drinks, only to find that the flavor was disappointing—weak and not fresh-tasting at all.
