While I can’t speak for other customers’ experiences, I wanted to share that my family and I have been coming to Trattoria Ravello for years specifically for their pizza. Our go-to order is a large plain pizza with half meatball topping, and it consistently hits the spot.
Additionally, I highly recommend the Alfredo tortellini, it’s delicious! And all of the hot subs are excellent as well. 😋
Overall, Ravello remains a reliable and enjoyable spot for us.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here. The woman who assisted me was blonde, wearing glasses, and had a dismissive attitude from the moment I walked in. She seemed more interested in rushing me out than actually helping with my concerns. No smile, no courtesy. If this is the standard of service, I won’t be coming back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.

Food is as exactly what you’d expect from a place like this in this area. Food was very solid, not Michelin star food but also not Michelin star price! I can see why it’s a common place for locals! Would surely recommend especially if it’s a night you don’t feel like cooking!

Been going here for some time now. The food is great here. Unfortunately in my opinion the pizza is lacking. It’s still a solid establishment with the food making up for the sub par pizza. I’d recommend any day of the week.

Ordered the smallest size - half plain, half "meat lover" which should include BACON, PEPPERONI, SAUSAGE AND MEATBALL. Not only did I pay full $25 for it, as if the whole pizza is with meat and not half of it, they also completely ignored half the ingredients. Just a bunch of awful tasting sausage, I kid you not - ONE meat ball cut in half, NO pepperoni and NO bacon. The taste is horrible and the garlic knots were barely warmed up. Pretty terrible experience when you look forward all night to some decent pizza.
My family and I have been coming here for years. I don't live in New Jersey anymore but everytime I come home, this is one of the restaurants we go to. The food is good consistently, portions are great, it's a family owned business, and we enjoy it. We celebrated my dad's birthday here and it was such a convenient location for our guest, we had great service and a lovely time. We love the artichoke scampi, chicken parm, and pasta specials. Looking forward to the next meal on my next visit back!

This place is my go-to!! I love their marinara sauce so much that I buy pints of it to use at home! The pizza is really good. One of my favorite dishes is the meatball parm sandwich. The meatballs melt in your mouth! It's like a hug in a roll! The staff is pleasant and efficient. My mom and I used to sit down and have a slice after getting our nails done. I lost her last year and can't bring myself to dine in alone. But carrying out works! You know it's saying a lot when they know your face and, at times, your name! The best part is that it's only a mile from my house!

It’s very confusing where to stand when picking up a takeout order. You walk in and see people waiting to be seated. Then there seems to be another line in front of the register and then random people just standing around. No one acknowledges you or tells you where to stand. Mexican guy just says “next” and ignores you.
