The food and service at this place was amazing! We had calamari, brussel sprouts and the sausage and figs for an appetizer. They were all delicious! The bread is wonderful too - very fresh. For entrees, the 3 of us had the chicken parm and 1 had the salmon special. Portions were huge! The chicken parm is thick with a nice crispy breading - the tomato sauce is a little on the sweeter side which I love. For dessert we had the creme brulee cheesecake which was delicious as well. The only drawback for us was it was very loud in the restaurant with 2 large parties behind us (it wouldn't prevent us from going back though - the food was so good!) We felt bad for our waiter because he was basically shouting at us so we could hear the specials. The service in the restaurant was awesome. The servers/waiters were very attentive. We all had our drinks refilled promptly and our bread basket wasn't empty for long. We truly enjoyed our night out with our family. We'll be back again.

I really do not like leaving a review unless it's positive! I guess you would say my husband and I were disappointed! We really have never had a bad meal here, that's why we made our reservation here. Our Easter meal was subpar! My husband's pork tenderloin which was a “special “was dry and tasteless and my crab cakes were ok if you like filler! We won't give up going bc of one unfortunate meal! Like I said it's usually pretty good!

Special spring salad with strawberries and beets was outstanding. Also the Pork Saltimbocca special was great. Always a good meal and it's not a surprise that they are always busy!

I ordered the Salmon iver Risotto and spinach and was a little disappointed. It was good but It was dry. I have had it in the past and it was delicious. My friend ordered veal parm and it was very, very tough. Our husbands had rigatoni bolognese and flounder franchise and both were very happy. Our waitress Laura was exceptional. Great personally and she did make good on the tough veal.

What a wonderful dining experience! I live in Monmouth County and on 3/3/2024 was visiting my brother and sister-in-law who live in Marlton. They suggested Allora as they had previously enjoyed the food there a number of times. Our server, Steve, was by far one of the most accommodating servers I've ever had! I have an aversion to certain grated and "smelly" cheeses. Steve was exceptionally considerate of my "issues" and checked the ingredients of the dishes I wanted with the Chef to be certain that my needs were met. I ordered Wild Shrimp and Crab Fra Diavlo made very spicy over homemade rigatoni. It was DELICIOUS and very spicy as requested. The shrimp and crab and lobster bisque special was exceptional. Everyone else at the table also enjoyed the food. I am looking forward to my next meal at Allora. Would you consider opening a restaurant in Monmouth County????? There's always room for another good Italian restaurant, especially a BYOB! Thanks again for a great meal! Harriet C.

Having had a great meal there about a year prior, we went with 2 other couples hoping for a similar experience. To begin with, the room was extremely noisy; one of our friends has a Db measuring app on his phone and the room was sufficiently noisy (between 95-101Db) to cause hearing damage. A good meal might have mitigated that, but 2 of the dishes that came out were burnt to a crisp. So burnt you could break it like a cracker (and that was eggplant parmigiana FWIW). Overall, a very disappointing experience. The only saving grace was that our waitress made sure that we were not charged for the crispy eggplant; however, two of our party were still hungry afterwards.

We love this place and always have a really good meal. This was the first time I've had an issue with my entrée, so I won't bash the place. just want to be honest. I ordered the osso buco which was a special but they ran out of it so I ordered the Taylor prime pork chop which is usually mouth watering and tender, but this time it was overcooked and was a bit tough to cut! The rest of the meal was really good and overall you get a really good meal for very reasonable prices! It was a very busy night so I will attribute that to the mishap! I will give the chop another try on a less busy night!

If you want to go and get some authentic Italian food, this is the place. From apps to dessert the food was delicious. Not a place for quiet talk. The vibe was fast and loud but that made it fun. Would absolutely recommend but again this place is far from quiet.

I have been a loyal customer for years and have NEVER had an issue in the past. My parents came to town and I wanted to give them the Allora experience. We had dinner reservations at 7:15 pm on Friday, February 23rd. We arrived at 7:00 pm and were seated in a timely manner. Our waiter, Nunzio (I believe that was his name but the receipt said Taylor S) was HORRIBLE. We ordered 4 entrees, one appetizer and one salad that came to $156.75. He took our order and then we didn’t see him for 1 hour and 55 minutes. There were NO refills, NO checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and most importantly NO updates on what was going on with our order. Once the partial food order did come (1 hour and 45 minutes later) it was served by another waiter (very nice female). She apologized and 10 minutes later the other items came out (delivered by the initial waiter). This is not acceptable. I wanted to leave after an hour but didn’t want to cause a scene so I sucked it up but this will never happen again because they have lost a customer (which they probably don’t care about anyway from what they showed me yesterday.

Food is excellent and the restaurant let us linger for awhile after Dinner was done to finish the bottles we had brought without making us feel rushed. Tables are packed a little tight, would love a little more space but I can't blame the restaurant for fitting as many bodies in as possible!

I went to Allora last night and was treated to a fantastic Italian dinner. The Menu was small which is usually a good sign of what's to come. However they made me a specific dish which was "Always on the menu" even if it's not stated, I'll let you guys guess. We ordered some appetizers which were fantastic and served bread that was also very good. Our entrees however were exceptional. Our waite was fantastic and the atmosphere was adorable. Truly a stop if your tired of fair to middling Italian food and want a true taste of the old country.

We went on a Saturday night so it was crowded and we waited to be seated. The waiter was friendly and took our order quickly after being seated but a few items on the menu were out and it took more than 45 min for our entrees to come out. The food we had was good but it was a long dinner.
