The food was excellent. The waiter was excellent. Unfortunately, it was very loud. Most of the loudness was the table next to us with an extremely drunk man. The F bombs were flying most of the night and it was uncomfortable for myself wife and kids to be sitting next to him. I don't think it was a one off. You can just kind of tell the person. I don't blame the restaurant at all and it didn't ruin my night but some people should just stay home.
Quite a mixed bag. Living in the area for years this was our first visit to Allora. I struggled giving a less than stellar review but it is what our experience was like. Parking wasn't difficult although half of the “public lot” seems to be taken over by the fire department. Upon entry a hostess greeted us and was friendly. With a 6pm reservation we were offered a choice of seats but most weren't in the greatest location. Our overall impression of the area we sat...
Love the food and service here but it is very noisy. Nothing to absorb the sound. Had to shout at the other people in our party to be heard. Not planning on going back unless they come up with something to quite the place down.
