Had to order online while at rhe location because apparently you can't order there. Food was mid. Once ready, the never called my name so I was waiting 25 min for my chesse quesadilla. Also, the guacamole was so dark taht I had to throw it away. I told them if it was ready and they said yes why did you take so long? No idea why they did that but overall not a great experience.

Hispanic women and blonde employee talked amongst themselves for several minutes even though a line was waiting to order. Incredibly rude. How do adults conduct themselves like this? No manager to enforce basic manners. Aside from this everyone at this location seems miserable, everyone is un friendly. Congrats staff! You can barely do the minimum. Shame.

We’ve had small issues with this location in the past when ordering delivery (missing ingredients, missing chips, wrong side, etc) but small in the moment so we let it go. Tonight we ordered and got a call from the store telling us that they were out of white rice, fajita veggies, and the mild tomato salsa. We said that’s fine, replace the rice with the brown rice they told us was still available, okay to leave out the veggies, and give us the medium salsa instead. The order arrived and was completely wrong, not only did they not give the substitutions we told them we were okay with, our order was missing sides and the bowl was missing more than half the ingredients. It ended up being just a bowl with beans (mostly juice), chicken and lettuce. Very disappointing.

Man... This Chipotle was FIREEE!!! I normally don't have expectations for Chipotle, but man did they surprise me. The chicken burrito was excellent. No complaints like Drake. The worker Julio did an amazing job. He is the one who made my burrito, and has my approval. WOW.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Last time I ordered from here I ordered a quesadilla with sides of sour cream and salsa. When I opened the quesadilla box, it was ONLY sour cream and salsa. No quesadilla, just an empty box!! How that made it into a delivery bag is beyond me. I decided to give them a second chance tonight and ordered 2 chicken bowls with rice, beans, fajita veggies, sour cream, salsa, cheese, and lettuce. When they got here, one bowl was just rice and sour cream, and the other was just rice and corn. Corn wasn’t even in the order! I cannot understand how the staff keeps messing up THIS badly unless they’re all on drugs or genuinely do not have the ability to read. I’ve worked in food service and am always understanding of mistakes and never write reviews, but this is just carelessness at this point- not accidental.

I had an interview. I was asked one question and tossed to the garbage. The sad thing is that I had to clean my own dirty table, for my own interview. Plenty of other better choices around town.

Disappointing experience. This location used to be pretty decent.
Just ordered a carnitas bowl and kids meal. Kids meal was fine this time. The carnitas bowl had everything I ordered…except for carnitas! There were like 3-4 small chunks of carnitas; other than that, it was an excellent veggie bowl. As I was eating, I kept thinking there is more pork elsewhere in the bowl. Nope!
I’d rather you raise prices and keep the portion the same than keep the prices the same and shrink the portion. Better yet, keep prices the same and the portions the same!
Horrible experience. I ask for chicken and steak because I’m starving and it’s either they are giving me 3 peaces of chicken or I’m paying 30$ for lunch and I’m doing neither of those horrible horrible options. If you love to eat a good portion of food. Do not go to chipotle. The workers look at you like you have 5 heads when you ask for a decent amount of food to eat. The workers are horrible and act like they hate their job. They also act like more than 3 peaces of chicken and steak are coming out of their paycheck. Do not go here.
