Disappointing experience. This location used to be pretty decent.
Just ordered a carnitas bowl and kids meal. Kids meal was fine this time. The carnitas bowl had everything I ordered…except for carnitas! There were like 3-4 small chunks of carnitas; other than that, it was an excellent veggie bowl. As I was eating, I kept thinking there is more pork elsewhere in the bowl. Nope!
I’d rather you raise prices and keep the portion the same than keep the prices the same and shrink the portion. Better yet, keep prices the same and the portions the same!

Horrible experience. I ask for chicken and steak because I’m starving and it’s either they are giving me 3 peaces of chicken or I’m paying 30$ for lunch and I’m doing neither of those horrible horrible options. If you love to eat a good portion of food. Do not go to chipotle. The workers look at you like you have 5 heads when you ask for a decent amount of food to eat. The workers are horrible and act like they hate their job. They also act like more than 3 peaces of chicken and steak are coming out of their paycheck. Do not go here.

Food was fantastic and portions were unexpectedly high. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful and the store was very clean and well kept I would highly recommend this location one of the best chipotle experiences I’ve ever had!

This is what I got today, half of my order is missing and the guacamole isn’t fresh at all. This was my own pick up order.

Service was so bad, mainly because the server or who prepared my food was literally a food pincher. Such a terrible portion, I couldn't even believe I was at Chipotle, been so many visit everywhere but this one. But going back to portions, it's so small I asked for more, when asked she yells double portion to what has been a regular portion any other Chipotle.. But she continues, get to the cash register to find out my plates was $20 foe a naked burrito or a plate.. So I asked 11.00 for the plate 5.00 for the extra meat and 3.50 for guacamole. I WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO BE TOLD FROM THE SERVER, THAT IS WAS EXTRA. But she really wasn't any good any way. So not sure what I was expecting. But I will never go there again. That's for sure!
My son just left this one to go to the one at the promenade. He said the guy was throwing all the wrong stuff and he kept trying to tell him when the guy wasn’t listening so he just left and went to the other one and didn’t get anything there this one that used to be Einsteins is horrible

Horrible!!!I spent $45.00 and hated the food. As I went thru the line, there were no vegetables or corn salsa. I asked for some veggies and the employee got a cup and scooped out a few from stove to divide into my 3 bowls. 2 bowls had a tiny bit of corn and last bowl had none. Tiny acoop of sour cream. The chicken was dry and mixed with a very spicy chicken. So bowls were very dry, too spicy, and missing corn salsa. Worst ever!!!!!!!!!!! The employee was only employee visable. Never again.

The Chipotle location on Greentree in Marlton has mice. Multiple customers saw it, as well as employees. They never closed down the store to clean. Even worse, they refuse to give me a refund. Please beware.
