Had to visit on the last day it was opened and the ice cream was just as good as when I was a kid. Hate to see it go but I believe the same owner belongs to the other Friendly's in the area so I will just go visit them instead!

The place is dirty af. Every single table has leftovers from other people and have yet to be cleaned. Windows shades have food on them. Ceiling has water damage all over. There's no AC and the place is hot and humid. "We are backed up atm and may take a bit" was a 20 minutes wait for ice cream and Sunday. Go support your local shops instead. Dropping stars after learning the strawberry milkshake was vanila with syrup. Also, dont visit the restrooms.

I want here a few days ago just to discover that they got rid of the mini mozzarella sticks. My son was so disappointed, he never wants to back again. This experience and any future experiences would be great if the brought back the mini mozzarella sticks.

My daughter ordered a cheeseburger, no lettuce, tomato or onions. She received a burger with lettuce, tomato and onion NO cheese. My salad was not the salad I ordered. The loaded waffles fries came out as regular fries. Just not a good experience at all. Our server Dillion was super nice though.

So we go there to get ice cream and we even tell the host that is all we want. We sat for five minutes with no one acknowledging us. So we got up and left. The manager even told us to have a nice night (assuming she had no idea we weren't served). Yes they had plenty of ppl dining but not to even acknowledge us was ridiculous.
Never disappoints. The ice cream is astoundingly good and the food is excellent.

Love this place just can't stand that this place is run by teenagers had a all right sever forgot her name food was ok but ice cream is the best the rest rooms were clean was there at night time the reson I gave it 4 stars was they need more adults there to run this place can't stand these kids when I was there there was a table loud and rude I should of said something but I will just leave it in the review these is not a hang out spot people are trying to eat go some were else with that rude behavior they sould throw these kind of people out or tell them to leave and plus these kids make a mess when they leave I feel bad for that bus boy cleaning up there mess it was a Friday night but bathrooms were clean and ice cream was good maybe a manger will see this and try to do something about this kids that come in there that are rude and loud but love frindlys and will come back thank you to the good people that care for the customers ?
