Went to check this place out after being recommended it by family who said it was amazing authentic Chinese food. Got the shrimp dumplings the scallion pancakes and the crushed cucumber appetizers. The cucumbers were amazing but be prepared to reek of garlic after! I had the pleasure of eating at Chef Zhang’s last night. I have to say if you are looking for authentic Sichuan Chinese food, you have to check this place out. The food was amazing, simple, clean & tasty ?. Overall, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms were okay and place is comfortable.

We family moved to NJ for almost 2years, every weekend we have a dinner at Chef Zhang with my friend family. We all love Chef Zhang and definitely sure this is the best Chinese restaurant around south New Jersey.And servers all also good they didn’t disturb you when we ate food.
