Had to visit on the last day it was opened and the ice cream was just as good as when I was a kid. Hate to see it go but I believe the same owner belongs to the other Friendly's in the area so I will just go visit them instead!

The place is dirty af. Every single table has leftovers from other people and have yet to be cleaned. Windows shades have food on them. Ceiling has water damage all over. There's no AC and the place is hot and humid. "We are backed up atm and may take a bit" was a 20 minutes wait for ice cream and Sunday. Go support your local shops instead. Dropping stars after learning the strawberry milkshake was vanila with syrup. Also, dont visit the restrooms.

I have come here many times back in the day and I know there isn't many Friendly's left, but they really need to remodel the place. Service was very good and the prices fine.

Came here to relive a childhood moment eating my peanut butter cup sundae. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype I gave it in my mind. For some reason, the ice cream was tasteless. The ice cream itself was not sweet & had no flavor... It was very strange. Before that we had a bacon cheeseburger and a crispy chicken wrap. The crispy chicken wrap was actually delicious. That was the surprise hit. Unfortunately, the bacon cheeseburger was a decent effort, but it was hard to get around the fact that the patty had absolutely no flavor or seasoning either! The patty was cooked well, you can tell it was a nice meat mixture, but it was completely bland. Had to add salt & pepper to try to help it out. I'm not ready to think it's all gone downhill, I will have to go to a different location and test it. Maybe there was something wrong at this particular outlet. Fingers crossed!

I want here a few days ago just to discover that they got rid of the mini mozzarella sticks. My son was so disappointed, he never wants to back again. This experience and any future experiences would be great if the brought back the mini mozzarella sticks.

My daughter ordered a cheeseburger, no lettuce, tomato or onions. She received a burger with lettuce, tomato and onion NO cheese. My salad was not the salad I ordered. The loaded waffles fries came out as regular fries. Just not a good experience at all. Our server Dillion was super nice though.
So we go there to get ice cream and we even tell the host that is all we want. We sat for five minutes with no one acknowledging us. So we got up and left. The manager even told us to have a nice night (assuming she had no idea we weren't served). Yes they had plenty of ppl dining but not to even acknowledge us was ridiculous.
