Just ate my last Jersey Mike's. They mastered the art of slicing the cheese and any meat with flavor to a see through thickness and substitute tasteless cheap meat to fill the sandwich. My Italian tasted like an Oregano hoagie. That's what happens when companies sell out to corporate. Terrible

I'm not usually a franchise-chain supporter but Jersey Mike's is pretty solid overall. If you have a gluten allergy (or just prefer to avoid gluten), this is your outstanding option to enjoy a well made gluten-free sub. The Big Kahuna steaks (beef or chicken) are tasty. My other go-to is the Italian, Mike's way.
Dietary restrictions: They carry good gluten-free rolls and take great care to avoid cross contamination. My wife has a gluten allergy, and it's her favorite sandwich shop.

I am truly SO pleasantly surprised every time I walk into this specific Jersey Mikes because it feels like a local shop rather than a chain. The workers and assistant manager (Kelsey, Ben, and Lucas) were so incredibly nice and friendly. You can tell the workers there are like a family and treat you as such. I have met Alan, the general manager before as well. He was SO kind and you can tell his kindness trickles down to his employees. The work ethic and friendly attitudes at this shop from EVERY single worker brings me joy every time I walk in. Plus, the food is always consistent and hits the spot!

It's Jersey Mike's and the food is good and like most other Jersey Mike's if you like them. So I wouldn't normally leave a review, but like others have said, the staff here is beyond friendly, nice, accommodating, and overall just happy to make a sub for you. This isn't a one time thing either. I've been in this location dozens of times and every single time the customer service is spectacular. My wife is also gluten free and never feels like she is being an inconvenience when it comes to her allergy here. Definitely have to mention that as it's not always the norm.

The Italian sub was delicious, yes a 'sub above,' but more importantly was the genuine friendliness and engagement from the manager, who's slicing the deli meats while getting to know you, to the entire team making the sub.
