Came in earlier this week and got AMAZING service from Vinnie and Paul. Wasn't sure what I wanted and they recommended an amazing sandwich. Was made in a timely manner as well. These gentleman showed customer service to the letter

For the 4 people working last night Wednesday 4/2/25 around 6pm. I want to say thank you for always providing such stellar customer service. As a fellow member of the customer service industry and a former restaurant worker, I want to applaud you for how you handled an unreasonable customer. I apologize for not speaking up on your behalf! No matter what happened prior, that particular customer was completely out of line! For me personally, I think you all do an incredible job and out of all the Jersey Mike stores I have been to, your store is the one I come back to. Thank you for all you do! You wouldn’t expect to walk into a “chain” restaurant and get the level of service we received. Recently moved (everything is a mess, full weekend of moving and combining households etc). Decided to stop by since we never tried before. Alan greeted us at the door and took our order. Being that we have never been there before, he asked polite and friendly questions to get to know his new neighbors. He was genuinely interested in our story. It was so wonderful to have a nice conversation after a weekend of busy, crazy, moving chaos. Not to mention, our food was perfect. Thank you Alan, for being so welcoming and offering conversation and neighborliness.

This location has a triple points on Tuesdays sign that they do not honor. I’ve said this to their management but they do not want to remove the sign or honor the points … sounds like a bait and switch… the subs are standard Jersey Mikes subs.
