Our family was at the restaurant on veteran day. Right away we felt the place wasnât that great. But we decided give try . When we order sushi, there was so much rice .but the main reason was they put rotten eel when we complained, they saying nothing wrong with it. Everyone in my family notices fish was going bad. Please peoples donât go there . I donât usually write bad reviews , but I donât want someone else to go and get sick.

Hands down the ice cream is better than the sushi. Best ice cream I have ever had a restaurant, basically a HĂ€agen-Dazs but even richer, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla were outstanding. The sushi is great too but I just donât care for when they put mango flavored sauce over the sushi rolls, thatâs just me. Godzilla roll was our favorite roll. Also service was slow compared to other sushi restaurants nearby and with appetizers too awhile to come. Also had really high quality napkins they give you but they cover the tables in plastic sheets, I get that it makes for easy cleanup but feels very cheap. Price was $29 per person at the time.

My family has been going almost once a week for the past few months because we love the food. The service however has been horrible. They never come back to the table to check on you. It takes FOREVER!

Did delivery...only thing I was upset about didn't get my yum yum sauce and didn't put in comments how to cook my steak so it was overcooked for me but that was my bad.

Review update: in the last few years this location has really really gone down hill. The service is extremely extremely slow (I'm talking 30-60 min wait on sushi) as well as just careless and rude staff. The quality of the sushi was also really really bad. The fish had a strong smell and bad taste, and most of the rolls were falling apart. Do yourself a favor and pass this spot.
To the owners - YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS! You used to be one of the best sushi places in the area and now I would think 10 times before coming back to your establishment.

Update: I came back and for whatever reason, everything tasted so much better. Maybe it was because I came earlier in the day, but the difference was stark. So I went overboard and ate too much.
Of course I found the AYCE sushi restaurant 5 minutes from my hotel. I didn't actually pig out like I normally do, I went a little later in their service. Honestly everything was just ok. Nothing had a ton of flavor, which I wasn't expecting, but this was somehow more mediocre. The shrink wrapping of the tables should have been my first clue. Again nothing tasted bad, it just didn't have much taste. Also it wasn't busy, but they were in no rush to ask me for seconds, I wasn't offered another menu until I was ready to cash out. Local mom and pop place so I'm sure they're trying to keep waste to a minimum. I give them 4 stars because they still had all my favorite sushi, and mackerel AYCE is an automatic 4 stars in my book. Also the portions are correct, ie you are getting a sushi roll with fish like you would at a regular sushi restaurant. Not a clump/roll of rice with slivers of fish and odd fillers like lettuce. $30 week night dinner price isn't bad either.

Went here in 2017 and again today to see if anything has changed and nothing has changed! Got food poisoning once again and Sushi King down the road is much better! Also price was $33 per person for very bad sushi. Will not be coming back.
