Michelle was easily the worst waitress I’ve ever had. Barely checked on us, wouldn’t clear our table, or refill our drinks when we asked. And then had the audacity to circle the suggested tip at the bottom. I was going to tip 20% regardless, but that was so pushy.

I walked in and nobody was there to greet me I ended up having to get on the app and order and I mean I was just standing there for 15 minutes looking crazy. This one girl she had red dread locks brown skin, she came over where I was to grab something and I ask her did they still have the Jamie fox wings she look at me like I was crazy and said quote “What?” With an attitude noBig deal I don’t do replies I do reviews. The food was good but that service was garbage.

I'm sure most of you have been to Fridays before, the service is usually good, the atmosphere is good, especially if you want to watch local sports or NFL on Sundays or Monday night, the drinks are good too. The food, to me, always leaves something to be desired. Except if I order the old stand by, cheese burger and fries. Otherwise whatever I ordered always looked better on paper. Not saying it's inedible slop, but it just has a mass produced look, feel, and taste.Parking: The location I went to is in a rather big strip mall with a whole foods market and chipotle on either end, so the parking area around Fridays is really limited so it's always hard to find parking . The location I went to is on rt 73 in Marlton NJ.

The waitress was amazing. The food however was horrible. The steak was very fatty & had no flavor! Definitely will not be returning! The manager Tim called me today 9-16-2023 2 days after my dining experience. He was very apologetic & nice & he said he would make it up to me. We will see what happens! I received coupons to make up for everything.

I just tried TGI Fridays for the first and last time. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich as a to go pick up. It came with "Seasoned" Fries. When I opened the bag, they hadn't sealed the plastic container they put it in. The sandwich was completely disassembled and mixed with the fries, like they'd been tossing it around. Everything was cold, even though I'd arrived a little before my pick up time. When I started putting the sandwich back together, I noticed the wilted lettuce they used had a large, slimy black spot. They used rotting lettuce. I removed the bad part and tried the sandwich. I had to reopen it and remove the terrible tasting processed cheese slice, because it was all I could taste. The sandwich was so bland. It has, what they called chipotle mayo, but there was no heat or flavor. The chicken was greasy and didn't seem to have any seasoning. The fries were a soggy, greasy mess and lacked any salt. I couldn't eat them at all. I don't know how they've stayed in business.

Manager handled our issue by reducing our cost. They're is a high price to pay for low quality service. This place has gone down in each yearly visit. Servers remove used ates and napkins from customers table don't just push them over with new plate of food and leave it. Duh! We won't be returning.

Quiet, pleasant, good service. Food was okay. I visit TGIF once in a while. This one was okay. The one in Turnersville is definitely busier and the food is tastier to me. I like my food spicier.

I took my daughter coming from the big kahuna’s park l wanted to eat here since we haven’t been to Fridays in years our Waiter Ethan was fast and courteous he made sure our dinks were refilled regularly and that we had what we needed thur out the visit l ordered the lobster and steak it’s advertised as 24.99 every Friday my daughter ordered the Cajun shrimp Alfredo we also order the brownie obsession and the pecan cinnamon cheese cake and like Ethan says "the dessert is always the best part of the meal" and that is correct the total cost of two meals was 70..11 and l left a tip on our way home during our hr and a half drive my stomach starts to play trumpets ? and drums lt was extremely uncomfortable and l knew we didn’t eat anything else besides breakfast that morning before we started out and that was nothing different from our daily breakfast routine l didn’t think anything of it at first sight there is a possibility they either reheated or handled it improperly and the dessert lm sure didn’t help lt felt like l had food poisoning it was bad l usually never leave reviews this long l just don’t want this to happen to someone else please train the cooks better and make sure that they all have serve safe certificates and understand the consequences and the seriousness that goes into handling and serving the public food please be better and learn from this not being mean just being cautious l will never order lobster from any menu thank you ( oh l was asked to say something about the parking it’s free)
