Wonderful Cake!!!! Light…moist and delicious… I purchased a sheet cake for an office party… strawberry filling and whipped cream topping… it was the best ‘work’ dessert ever. Everyone loved it!!!! I don’t usually post but I don’t want anyone to miss out on this hidden gem (you have to know it’s there).

I recently moved to the neighborhood and googled a cake shop near me “Ewing Cake” came up, so I stopped by last minute to get two cakes for my kids’ birthday. The lady who helped me (I think she’s the owner) was very pleasant and helpful. I’m so impressed with the team and how they were able to fulfill my vision with only three days’ notice. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible, but they made it happen!

This is the only bakery i order all cakes from. The cakes are delicious, moist and perfectly balanced with sugar. Plus they do amazing work on the decorations and they legit do what you ask. As in flavor, filling and decor. The staff is super sweet and great on timing. I have ordered a cake atleast 2 days in advance and never had a problem at pick up. The owner definitely puts her passion and love into making the cakes.
