I picked up an online order and never received my small order of cheese sticks. 100% my fault for not checking before I left. I called to follow up on the mistake and received ZERO help from management. Young lady stated she remembered me when I came in to pick up and would forward my call to management. I was left on hold and never assisted.
Great Pizza everytime I come here. The pizza is always crisp and fresh, and feels like authentic slice. Always have loved this place more than dominos, little Caesars, and Papa John's. The pizza is pricier but the quality is so much better for fast food. The service is quick.
Always a great deal. Download the app. Seriously. Earn points for free food. A real help in tough times.

Pizza Hut has improved its service and food quality in recent times. Customers have been pleasantly surprised by their prompt delivery, accurate orders, and hot food. The store manager has also turned poor experiences into positive ones, addressing issues and personally remaking orders. However, the customer service is still considered mediocre, with employees sometimes appearing inconvenienced and orders requiring multiple corrections. Despite these service challenges, customers continue to enjoy Pizza Hut's pizza.
