The workers are always in a great mood and always eager to take my order. The food is awesome and their fries are my favorite. Super fresh and they are never greedy with it. While it is pricey, I know every time I will enjoy my meal and be full. The small fries are perfect if you are sharing between two to three people so worry if you don’t wanna spend the extra money on the large.

*Best Customer Service of any establishment for miles around*I usually receive friendly customer service at Five Guys on Scotch Road in Ewing, NJ. Today however, was an EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience! I watched as Kaheem ( hope the spelling is correct) provide an enjoyable and personable experience for his guest. Engaging Customers in fun trivia ( What’s this song? Who sings it?) while smiling and laughing. He had a group of us laughing and smiling as we tried to guess (and guess wrong) while ordering food. It was nice to be entertained and engage in conversation while waiting for our food. Even while he swept, he continued talking and showed interest in Customers experience. A+ ServiceWe’ll continue coming back for great tasting food and an even better Customer Service Experience!

*UPDATE - 8/24/2023*I ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers last night with 2 different custom add-ons. However, they forgot to give me bacon. I paid more for Bacon Cheeseburger not less for Cheeseburger. The food was so so and I was disappointed since it didn't taste as great as it did a few years ago._________________________________________This is a great place to eat, they make amazing food. They also offer free peanuts while you wait for your order.
