I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette.
My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). French fry portions are very small. Check your bag and the Five Guys refund policy on fries. The cost of the fries compared to portion size is no longer justified.
