This dunkin is almost over 1$ more expensive then all the other local ones. Coffee was made way too sweet, theres ground coffee bits in my coffee and definitely regular milk which is not what I asked for. Will not be going back to this one.
The rudest staff here at this location. Corporate need to really screen who they hire. I was looking at the menu screen and a older heavyset lady said to me to move up, can order from where you're standing. I asked for a box of 50 munchkins and 3 cups of coffee and I asked the young girl if I can have a mixture. She said there's only 3 choices of munchkins so I took all three choices in the mixture. Dunkin' has friendly workers who provide fast service. Some staff members, like Jabar, Gigi, Tanvir, and Shah, are accommodating and efficient. They can handle long orders and even help with carrying food to the car. However, some customers have experienced understaffing and unfriendly workers. Note that this location does not have a drive-thru despite having a drive-thru window.
