Amazing food. Amazing service. Beautiful decor that is so calming. This restaurant is run by such loving people who make sure the dishes suit your taste. We asked for extra spicy and they delivered. Everything was so fresh and tasty. We had never ending banchan with fresh kimchi. Will definitely be back

The food was great, not the best once ever had. Definitely pricey but it’s understandable due to the location and quality of the ingredients they used. I wish I didn’t have to feel as uncomfortable in the area with how much the locals of the area seemed to be staring when I walked toward the restaurant.The counter girl seemed too clueless when I tried to make a second order, and that had got me a little irritated as it seemed she wasn’t listening and luckily enough the owner took my order the first time around. The fried chicken wasn’t as spicy as I hoped it would be, but the jjampong and the Korean bbq burrito weren’t too bad.Parking: There was enough parking but the area felt a little sketchy with the rampant amount of homeless and people standing around in the area on the street corners.

We’re big fans of KFC (Korean Fried Chicken). This is our first time trying KFC away from Fort Lee,NJ/Koreatown,NYC. Sadly, we were disappointed with our take-out. We were a bit skeptical about our chicken not fully cooked, double/triple fried and visual presentation.Fried: If the chicken is too light in color - was it really fried 2-3 times? Was the chicken tossed in a sauce bowl or top drizzled? Authentic Korean restaurants would tossed their triple fried chicken and served “dry” (meaning it’s not drenched in sauce to keep their crisp texture).Sauce: was it supposed to mimic a general tso sauce or teriyaki? It tasted fruity and tart. We’re used to “soy garlic” in traditional Korean restaurants that is sweet, tangy and flavorful. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the sauce. Luckily, we had gochujang sauce to sadly enjoy our wings.Yay/Nay: We won’t be ordering KFC from here again until they figure out their frying technique and sauce situation.Loved: 4 stars! the Jjampong was delicious! The only sauce that we’ve tried that is on point!

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for the second time and we had a really amazing time! Beautiful atmosphere and excellent service! The food is amazing! The owner is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, he even surprised us with specially made rice cakes and dessert! (No charge!)We will definitely come back, next time we are in town.

Lately I have been frequenting kimchi mama and my boyfriend and I love it. The staff is very friendly and the food tastes like it is truly made with love.
