Ordered $30+ of food for dinner which was all inedible. Pizza cold yet burnt, chicken parm soggy yet also beyond burnt. Cheese fries in a broken cheese sauce that was gritty and cold. More cheese than fries. Literally not able to eat any of the food. Ordered thru slice and when we reached out to support they stated they contacted the shop and are unable to authorize a refund at the time even tho they requested photos and saw how the food was inedible and stil no resolve.
