I had the matcha bubble waffle for the first time. It was delicious! The hazelnut ice cream is so yummy. The slushy is perfect on a hot summer day. It’s the best ice cream shop in Fair Lawn.

Lovely little spot for a sweet treat! This ice cream shop is clean, cozy, and just a joy to visit. The staff was incredibly friendly — he welcomed us warmly and offered my daughter samples of nearly every flavor. We were here to celebrate my daughter’s first job, which made her exhausted physically and emotionally, but after trying all the delicious options, her smile came back!
Every flavor we tried was amazing, but our favorites were matcha, ube, strawberry, and chocolate with cookies. You can really taste the quality in each scoop. A perfect place to cool off and lift your spirits. We’ll definitely be back!

The high ratings lured me here; we tried vanilla bean and chocolate flavors. I found the ice cream average at best. I don't know about other products though, they might be better.

We've been to New Territories in their prev location in NYC, and since they moved to NJ we made the trip for their famous ice cream in a waffle bubble, which was amazing in their NYC location and there were lines all the time. I was disappointed to know that they changed the flavors of the waffles: no more matcha or rose, the ice cream flavors changed, I got mine in a tray with broken waffles and melting ice cream bc it was sweltering in the store, the AC was not working and it was close to 90 degrees outside. The entire thing sucked, no wonder the place was empty with only 1 person working there.

I came in excited to try what looked like a fun and delicious treat. The photos promised a beautiful bubble waffle cone loaded with toppings, sprinkles, and pistachio cream.
What I expected: A well-made, colorful dessert that was worth the price.
What I got (pic 2): A broken waffle thrown into a paper tray with a half-melted scoop of ice cream. No whipped cream, no sprinkles, and definitely no pistachio cream—because after waiting almost 10 minutes, they told me the machine wasn’t working. No heads-up, no refund, just “it’s not working.”
On top of that, the service was chaotic. Other customers walked in, looked around confused, waited with no one acknowledging them, and ended up walking out. It just felt disorganized and unprofessional.
Honestly, the whole experience was a letdown. I won’t be back.

My family and I are foodies and we loved this place! The strawberry jam lemonade and croffle with pistachio cream topping, are a must have 😋. Of course the ice cream was great too! The owner couldn't be nicer, really passionate about what he does and his products. Says he keeps adding new and creative items to the menu. Go check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed
Wonderful flavors, excellent quality and creative selection! Staff was super kind and patient. Love seeing the Asian flavors represented here and everything we had was super delicious. I did a mix of Earl Grey and Ube Crunch with a croffle on the side. Can't wait to come back! Thank you to the staff for being so nice💛

We love New Territories for the array of sweet treats and great service! We like having choices of flavors different from other local vendors for ice cream and drinks, especially the Asian infused flavors like Filipino Ube. The warm bubble waffles are deliciously awesome. The best is being able to order the ice cream flavors 2 weeks in advance as an ice cream cake for birthdays and other special occasions. It was better when they had choices of ice cream cake ready in the freezer to buy, but we’ll deal with the change. Our guests really look forward to an ice cream cake from New Territories. Writing this review is making me crave a visit to New Territories. Visit! Order! Enjoy!

10/10 experience! We were greeted by a kind man upon walking in and he kindly helped us choose our flavors/toppings. We chose a bubble waffle sundae along with the seasonal Dubai chocolate sundae! Service was extremely kind and professional, and with it being our first time he gave us tasty complimentary lemonades. 100% would go again
