Just tried NJ Gourmet meal prep and I’m honestly impressed 👏
As someone juggling teaching, mom life, and everything in between, having fresh, ready-to-go meals has been a GAME changer. The portions are perfect, the meals are flavorful (not bland like some meal preps 😅), and I love that I don’t have to think about what I’m eating—I just grab and go.

Wow! Highly recommend! Their meals are delicious and truly a time saver. They’re always friendly when I’ve been to pick up my meals. The macros are amazing and everything tastes fresh.
I don’t do reviews frequently but Chef Mychal’s meals are too good so I had to hop on here to spread the word. Typically I prefer to cook daily but with my current schedule, I needed to seek other options. Each and every NJ Gourmet meal tastes as if it were just made then and there. He also has so many options and makes macro counting simple with his nutrition labels. Meal prep that tastes like my own cooking(or better)?! Yes please! Do yourself a favor and get some!
