If I could put zero starts I’ll do it!!! I work with costumer service and God knows I have a lot of patience!! But this is the third or fourth time I ordered online to this place and they missed my order!! But this time when I asked the “manager” is it gonna be done anytime soon?? First we wait forever for our food. Then when they get the order wrong the manager yells at me across the restaurant. I had to leave without all of the food because the people in the kitchen were laughing and being rude. There's no way I'm eating it after they touch it. NO way. The manager was rude and shouldn't be in charge. Total chaos and unacceptable behavior at this place
We waited for 15 minutes for You to bring out the food. And you never did. After 15 minutes my wife had to go in to retrieve our order. I clicked on your I’m here button three times and nothing. And when we finally sat down to eat our meal the bbq sauce soaked the bread. It wasn’t pretty.
And when I attempted to call into the store the managers phone rang and ultimately busyed out. Is that the way you provide customer service.
