Awful service. How long does it take to make 3 cups of coffee? Evidently 16 minutes and when you ask for a large, you get half a cup. Looks like someone drank it or was too lazy to fill it up. This is my last complaint. Already spoke with the manager several months ago and was told he was hiring new staff. I guess the new staff is the same as the old = poor management.
