Ordered lunch for our office today. This is our first time ordering from Boardwalk Pizza. Needless to say will not be ordering again.
First off, why can I not order food the day of? Besides that, we ordered 2 buffalo chicken wraps they sent one and a Caesar wrap. Ordered a caser salad with shrimp, they called to tell me they were out of shrimp and asked if we wanted grilled chicken instead and then never sent the chicken. Eggplant parm wasn't even breaded and the oil used tasted old and dirty. Chicken franchese was absolutely disgusting.
When i called to tell them the order was messed up, was told it was because we ordered same day. Didnt even offer to bring us the right order. Offered us 20 off next order. I would rather have my money back since we will never order from here again

I was just in to get a slice of pizza. The floor is disgusting, dirty and looks like it hasn't been washed in years. The girl at the front register NEVER washed her hands. She handled money and food. The cooks looked dirty and the garbage cans were overflowing with garbage and they smelled.
I wouldn't buy a can of soda there.
The response from the Pizzeria is absolutely false. There wasn't a kids party there prior to my going. The floor was black. The entire place was dirty. No one washed their hands while I was there. I watched them touch money, their cell phones and the garbage containers. DISGUSTING! Just clean the place and stop lying to your customers.
